This was our first experience at Marigold and we came away impressed. The space is comfortable and attractive, and it was possible to carry on a conversation easily. Service was attentive and graceful. We tried 2 salads and loved them both: Caesar and Deviled. The butter chicken and cottage pie were also nice. Only the beef and cheese pot pie was a dud. The dough was heavy and unpleasant and the beef filling was dry. No sign of the cheese could be detected. Hope Marigold does well and stays in business. It's a nice addition to downtown dining.

What a unique and delicious dining experience! From the service to the menu options, this restaurant gets it right. The cocktails are interesting and refreshing with infusions we have never tried. There is something for everyone to try and I recommend doing family style. Lovely ambiance and warm staff. You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice and unique menu for Cincinnati! We arrived early and service was great. We sat opposite the bar area which invited a nice view of the cocktail bar. We tried the falafel scotch egg, the trout, the shrimp curry, and the fish n chips.

Disappointed. Warm table water, fish a little undercooked, mushy peas not really mushy peas. Very expensive for what we ordered. In the quest for a London food experience one thing was right : "London pricing".

Food was very well prepared, highly recommend the tartar as a starter. The drinks are also fantastic!

Amazing food and service. But loud... although every table in the restaurant was full. I completely understand why. I wish I could remember our servers name (his 2nd day on the job). He was incredible... service, engagement, recommendations, everything. Amazing night!

We had dinner with friends before a show at The Taft. Great drinks. We had oysters which were extremely fresh. All of our entrees were excellent, butter chicken, chicken pot pie, fish and chips and the pasta carbonara. Nice diverse menu.

We had high hopes going into dinner--and we were not disappointed. From start to finish, everything was better than expected. Travis gave an excellent description of the menu and helped guide us on ordering. His service was expertly attentive, and never rushed. And the food...OMG the food. The infusion of aromatics into the dishes when paired with the N/A Curry Cocktail was so complimentary to one another. It was such a cohesive dining experience, from aesthetics, to service to food and beverage. While I have had both Indian and British food separately, it was so joyful to experience the paring of the best elements of each infused together. What we had was definitely greater than the sum of its parts. We'll definitely be back.
