Excellent warm and caring service. Your enjoyment is important to staff. Always checking to make sure you're OK.
The food is very tastefully seasoned without being overpowering .
an outstanding preparation of wild boar and venison..tasty, attractive and memorable!!
We were served by the same greeter and he complained that someone called out sick and he had to do his job. I ordered the Bronzini fish and it was not fresh and oily. The water was not refilled regularly. The bill was so expensive compared to the food quality.
We came on Sunday night at 6:30pm. We had a reservation so were seated promptly, but the restaurant was so crowded and noisy that it was difficult to talk and hear at our table. As a result, service was very slow and somewhat disorganized. However, the food was excellent! Next time we will either go later or on a weekday night but will definitely return.
Thank you for the wonderful attentive service, delicious fresh food and great ambiance. We enjoyed our lunch meeting.
Great fresh food good service very nice people moderate prices they make you feel like your home highly recommended.
I picked this restaurant at first based on the location. In reading the reviews, I felt comfortable with my selection but it wasn’t until I look at the photos of their grilled octopus, that I was completely sold on my choice. Trust me it was better then expected. The must try was the dip sampler with the warm pita. I ended with a Greek calamari salad. Drop the fork......I’m a fan. Great job.
Good value and great food. My party of 3 enjoyed everything and were able to try some Greek dishes we were not familiar with. The only criticism was that the waiter totally forgot one of our appetizers. This was a good thing since we realized we had over-ordered - the portions were quite generous
We always enjoy going to Maria's. It is a small restaurant usually way too noisy but you can always count on good fresh food and good service.
We have been here several times in the past and really enjoyed it but, today, it felt as though something slipped. While our server was pleasant and always had a smile when interacting with us, he was a rare presence at our table and everything took pretty much forever to find its way to us. We only had our water refilled once during our nearly three-hour dinner stint at Maria’s. There seemed to be a general indifference or inattentiveness to our large party that we all noticed.
While the food continues to be of high quality, it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for and probably would pass on going here again, especially with other very worthy Greek places available in such close proximity.
