I was truly disappointed with how long I had to wait for a someone to come and even offer me a drink, or even acknowledge me, for that matter. There were a total of 5 tables occupied during my entire stay, and that includes the 4 top that was seated about 10 minutes before I left and the 1 top who left shortly after I arrived. The owner of the restaurant finally stopped by himself and asked if I had been helped. I had not. Afterward, I heard him say something to the wait staff that included "this is what I'm talking about." The rest of the time, the server acted furtive at best. The food was fantastic. Maybe the best calamari I've ever had, certainly among the best marinara. The steak was perfect. If not for the bad service, this would have been an easy 5 star.
Menu prices not clearly stated. The waiter was very pleasant and helpful.
We have eaten at Mariah's several times, and we still keep going back! Food is excellent, service is superb, and the owner is always there walking around to visit with everyone, troubleshoot, help serve, carry trays, etc. We have NEVER had a bad meal. We will continue to dine here!
Made a 6pm reservation in Xmas Eve through Open Table. I called the restaurant to be sue they were going to be open and had gotten the online reservation. They said they had. We we arrived our name was not on their list and we we not seated until 6:45pm. Appetizers came fairly quickly and were delicious. Salad and soups followed with a bit of a delay. We then waited 45 minutes after salads for our main meals.
Girls weekend with my daughters . We really enjoyed the chef coming out to greet and see if we enjoyed our choices. Mitch our server was outstanding with service
Mariah's was good. Seated and waited on quickly. Food was good. Cocktails were good. Easy parking. Will return if we're in Springfield again.
In town for one night and online research sowed this to be an excellent restaurant, maybe our expectations were too high but the overall experience was just okay. Service was good, food was good but not great and the overall value was not there. Four people with entrees and a few drinks each and the bill was $290. Beware of the waiter when he says would you like this or that when you place your order as each this or that adds $4 to $6 to your bill.
Per other reviews owner/manager stopped by our table to check on us. Lindsey our server knew the menu inside and out. Her production of the creme brulee was fun to watch and flavor was great. Very nice atmosphere with antler chandeliers and wood everywhere. Our group of 6 ate salmon, steaks, tibs, and tilipIA and everyone was totally pleased. The attention to detail was shown in the way the baked potatoes were cut in a zigzag pattern. Would definitely go back the next time in Lebanon.
Wonderful dining experience for our anniversary! The waiter was excellent; friendly, considerate, and took great care of my wife and I. The food and service we're both excellent!
