   Roman was our waiter. He was very experienced and made excellent recommendations and was a joy to spend the evening with. The food was fantastic and we will be back again.

   Ivan was out waiter and was spot on! The entire experience was unforgettable and worth the anticipation. The food was perfect, the setting was exceptional and amazing. The service was spot on. Saludos todos!

   Best meal we had at Atelier and that says a lot since the food at this resort is 5 star! Delicious meal, amazing service, highly recommend.

   This was the highlight of the season staying on Rivera Maya, it was well worth a drive from Puerto Morelos. This is a hidden gem and the only way to discover is to stay at the resort. Every single moment was a perfection from arrival to departure, the food is simply the gold star and it’s a breath of fresh air given that most Cancun restaurants are mediocre at best. I will definitely come back numerous times, the menu has plenty of options for vegans and bar was more than accommodating of people who do not drink alcohol. Thank you open table for getting this place in my radar, and thank you for the restaurant team for creating a beautiful experience.

   My husband and I had amazing experience at María Dolores for our anniversary. The decor, the food and the ambiance are all outstanding. Our waiter was fantastic and very knowledgable about the food and restaurants concept. Will definitely return next year when we visit Atelier again.

   Roman was our waiter, he was phenomenal. Was very honest about his recommendations and they he was absolutely correct. Our favorite dishes were the tuna slices, octopus and filet. Desserts were also very good.

    Es un must en Cancun! Hay que vivir la experiencia sensorial! Christian se destaco por su amabilidad y atención. El menú y la carta de vinos excelente
