We want to create a space to reinterpret food from the Caribbean and make it available to everyone. Our goal is to deliver memorably delicious food that is made with local ingredients, sourced as much as possible from suppliers that practice methods that encourage healthy soils and biodiversity. Our menu proposal is scrumptious, nutrient dense, joyful and includes options for vegans, vegetarians and celiacs.
