   Prebooked table was ready for us upon arrival and service was excellent from start to finish. Cocktails were priced in line with other bars in the area and the quality was outstanding. Food was next level and felt the price reflected the quality of food. Our server was so attentive friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. On receipt it said her name was Aoife and she really was amazing - definitely the best customer service I've ever had.

   Went to Margot's for St Patrick's day. Everything was fab, the food, drinks and service all amazing. Our waitress looked after us so we'll and totally made our day! Not too packed, you could carry in a conversation and still hear the live music 😂

   Had the best time yesterday for a st Patrick’s daytime boozy brunch with a friend. Aoife our server was so attentive/ friendly and we never had an empty drink! Thank you again for a great day

   Fantastic food , we were there for lunch on restaurant week. £10 for lunch great value. I had 2 assorted tacos and my husband had fish and chips both meals were beautiful coulnt fault it xx

    Service was class. Venue and ambience class. Food was tasty but overpriced. Portion sizes extremely small. If you're hungry best not go. Would I return? Only if they changed the menu and increased the portion sizes to match the prices. Cathedral Quarter restaurants better value in my opinion. My bill for 2 drinks each, 1 starter, 2 mains and 1 desert was £91.00. Extortionate.

    Great wee bar. Glad I booked ahead for a drinks table. We didn’t have food but it looked amazing. The girl taking our drinks orders was a sweetheart. Very happy person with good energy. Bar vibes where great and the two fellas on guitars where great also. Great couple hrs ❤️

    Party of 4 for dinner and drinks on Sat night around 5pm. Great atmosphere, lovely food, friendly service topped off by two guys playing a great acoustic set added a lovely accompaniment .

    My lunch experience with a friend at Margots on Saturday January 14th was a bit of a disappointment, on arriving I was immediately aware of the high volume of background music especially as it was so early in the day..I couldn't fault the staff as they were very welcoming but i didn't feel the warmth otherwise infact had to put my coat back on half way through lunch!!...food was mediocre and definitely not impressed with the skinny somewhat soggy chips..unfortunately would not recommend it for food, maybe just an afternoon/evening drink..I'm guessing it didn't help Saturday was a miserable cold and wet day 😐☔def no complaints about the friendly staff.

    Such a lovely vibe. The food was amazing and the live music was super chilled and didn’t make talking to each other over dinner difficult at all. Perfect night out for 4 girlfriends.

    Waitresses were really brilliant, friendly and fun! They made a difference. Music was too loud at times and it was difficult to make conversation. However others requested it to be turned down at times. Overall an enjoyable evening.

    Food and drinks were great. We got several small plates and really enjoyed the food. Service was good but a little slow. It was fully booked and didn't seem to have enough staff on. The staff thats was working were great but did seem stressed

    Visiting Belfast from Dublin. I found this gem on open table . Lovely little restaurant great atmosphere and music. Food & cocktails where amazing,we had the crispy chicken the crab roll, prawns and goats cheese to share . It was all delicious . Our server aoife was very efficient and professional , very knowledgeable on all the food and cocktails that she recommended to us. I would highly recommend this cool restaurant to anyone that's visiting Belfast. The crispy chicken is so additive. We went back for more ! Conor served us today and was as nice and friendly .

    Great surprise! Lovely atmosphere, great food and superb service. Spacious sub-terranean premises full of atmosphere just beside the City Hall. A real 'find'. Highly recommended.

    A quiet start at 6:30 but the bar filled up after 7:30. Not too noisy so great for a catch-up chat with an old friend. Small plates selection ideal for sharing. Barman friendly and engaging without being intrusive. I will be back😀

    Staff were so friendly & knowledgeable about food allergies. Food and wine were excellent and served quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. Did find it a bit loud but couldn’t be helped considering how busy it was. All six of us will definitely be back
