Margeaux Supper Parlor presents a novel way to experience dinner by telling stories through cuisine. Guests are encouraged to order a themed trio of dishes, larger than tapas and smaller than big plates, to better experience the menu and recreate the familial bonhomie we associate with supper at grandma’s (when you were urged to try a bite of everything!).
Recommended wine pairings are served in collections to mirror the entree trios.

Margeaux Supper Parlor serves New American cuisine, blending dishes inspired by the two most historic port cities in the country: New Orleans and Boston. Dinner plates include: Tomato & Bacon Jam Deviled Eggs (topped with a fried Maine oyster), Lamb Lollipops with cherry reduction, Pumpkin Ravioli, Beef Wellington, Shrimp & Boursin Grits, and Maple Bourbon Steak Tips.

Brunch is also served in themed collections and includes items such as: Quiche Lorraine, Fried Chicken & Sweet Corn Waffle, Eggs Benedict, and a Black Forrest Waffle.

Food tasted very good but none of the dishes came hot to the table- only lukewarm warm- that was disappointing Service was good but there were only 4 tables eating and it was hard to find the waitress unless she came over to our table Server was sensitive to the noise generated by a larger table so she asked if we’d like to move to another table- that was very nice

The menu looked good and the service was good. But the two of us who ordered the french toast croissant became ill not long after the meal finished. The toast may have been deep fried and we’re not sure about the cream inside the croissant.

a creative and thoughtful menu, organized differently than any I've seen. Food was amazing, especially the seafood and the wine pairing was perfect. Rhubarb pie was a light and flavorful end to a great night out.

The menu was fun, with a variety of choices of tastes -- smaller than a full serving -- with various themes. Everything we ordered was interesting and delicious.

We had a lovely dinner with 5 of us. The menu is a bit different grouping dishes and wine pairings but waitress explained we can order any of the dishes in either a small portion or a full portion. We did different things some ordering one to share and another dish for each, one ordered the preset threesome, one ordered 3 dishes and one two dishes. All were the small portion which was generous. Everyone’s favorite was the deviled egg appetizer. I would go back just for that - maybe in the patio with a glass of wine.

Loved my dinner. We used to go to the restaurant that was previously in this space. Last night we sat outside until the sun hit us. We moved to the bar for an after-dinner drink. Small plates is the concept that I love; there are plenty of choices. I had the most perfect swordfish dish with a light caper sauce, haricot vert, and savory rice. My friends had duck and scallops, we shared a vegetable layered ratatouille with pesto that was divine. I can't wait to go back.

My wife and I had dinner at Margeaux Supper Parlor on June 28th. It was one of the best dining experiences we've had and we've eaten in some very good restaurants in our 61 y.o. marriage. Service was friendly, gracious, and helpful. Everything that we ordered was beautifully presented and delicious. This included arugula and fig salad, fried chicken with super cornbread and good coleslaw, shrimp and grits, ribeye steak, and lemon sorbet (the best I've ever had) and praline pecan pie that was perfect. Even their version of an old fashioned was special. Prices are moderate and the value is exceptionally good.
