Birthday. Was treated to complementary champagne and dessert. Great service
Everything was top notch for our anniversary dinner. Alexis attended to us like we were her only clients.
We will return again soon.
Andrew was a phenomenal server. By far the best service we have had in a very long time.
We have dined at Margaux at JW Marriot several times over the last 3 years, it is always a great experience; however, this time, was exceptional! The manager, Chris, had a special table reserved for us since we were celebrating a birthday, our server Emma, was exceptional, she was very knowledgeable about the food and the wine selection. Overall, the best experience we had so far, I highly recommend it for any occasion.
Our service was as amazing as the food! Loved it!
Anniversary dinner for my sister and brother-in-law. Was put in a section a little too close to the bar section, it was too loud at the beginning of dinner, but quieted down. Wish we were seated in a more private less trafficked area. Overall it was still a good experience.
Creme Brûlée was amazing!!!
The menu offers great variety without too many options. The Salmon was delicious as was the pesto flat bread. The server was great and the timing of the drinks and food allowed for conversation and was well paced. I would recommend a few more dessert options in keeping with the French themed menu.
Wonderful drink and appetizers.
The sprouts are cooked with perfection.
The entrees are disappointing, way too salty and greasy.
Beautiful restaurant, great service and food! Will definitely be back!
Loved everything about it. The tab was $130 with drinks and tip for two people, so not cheap. But compared to some other restaurants like Ruth Chris it was so much better. The only drawback now that I think of it was the wine list or something to be desired. My Chard was only okay.
The service was great, appreciate our waitress for being so attentive and providing excellent care
The internet never worked. Super slow. The water from the sink was sooo hot, it was unusable, to use the cold water I had to wait for like 5mn… waste of water.
Not as good as 616 was. Elvis still great
Everything was really great! The only feedback that I would have is that if you order the Rainbow Trout - be prepared to not really have any sides with it. The potato’s that come with the trout are two small little oval nuggets. It would be perfect if the potatoes were an actual serving size. Other than that - we were really happy!
Candle on table was not lit. We asked about it but nothing was done. We ordered dessert but it took so long we had to cancel. The food we had was good.
They had my room details incorrect. They did not match what I reserved.
After making reservations for meals I still had to wait to be seated as if I had no reservations. It was a little excessive.
I truly expected more from the JW and especially for the price of my stay.
I would recommend this hotel with caution.
The food is really exquisite and the table spacing was very much appreciated. The waitress was outstanding.
A little bit pricier of a restaurant, the food was excellent, and we received great service.
Good food with generous portions. Good service. Pretty noisy with conversations. Would be way better with some background smooth music. There was no music.
The service was wonderful along with the food. The atmosphere was super cool as well. I will definitely come back
A very good experience during the Artprize. We were seated near a 13 table bridal party which probably contributed to the noise level. Good food
Great place for a special occasion dinner. Great food, great service!
Great food and experience. They made our 49th Anniversary special.
Food was good, staff was indifferent
This was not a good dining experience. We had reservations, but we were seated in the bar area at a table meant for drinks not entrees and made eating very difficult. Hostess had to come back to our table 3x saying she would get someone to take our order. My eggs Benedict were very disappointing with crab overcooked and one poached egg overcooked with yolk hard I have never left a bad review so this is a first for me, but it was so disappointing that I did feel like venting. One positive is waitstaff friendly
Food and service was wonderful! With food and drink it can be a relatively expensive evening out, but you get what you pay for.
We brought mom out for her birthday and wanted to have brunch. Nobody told me what a waste of money purchasing the brunch would be for someone with Celiac disease. We did not get water refills or even a piece of toast that I could eat and requested.
My husband is gluten intolerant so it was a bad deal for him too. Elvis was the only saving grace for our experience. The omelets were excellent, but we should not have paid $90 for 3 omelets. Nobody even brought out more fruit which the watermelons was gone by 11 am which was the start time for the brunch. Very disappointing.
Very slow service, the food was very expensive for what you received and the menu had very limited choices. It seems to have slipped quite a bite form the previous times we were there. Don't plan on going back.
In town for the Michael Buble concert… great place to have an upscale meal prior to walking to the Arena
Service was great. Food was mediocre for the price. Would love to come back because the place is beautiful, but the food was not.
Inconsistency among staff. Told one thing and got something totally different and less than the value. Talked to the manager who offered her sympathies but no no tangible solution. So disappointing.
Our server Kat was amazing and very knowledgeable! She treated my wife and I very well. Thank you Kat
Always consistently good food, drinks and service. Beverage menu provides plenty of choices. Food menu a bit more tailored.
Excellent food and wines. Selection is limited but options are excellent. The Luce roasted seafood entree is highly recommended service is very friendly but professional
Here for wedding. Ate alone. Very good and attentive service. Food was excellent.
Salmon was disappointing, salad and service were good.
Dramatic setting, view over the river from some tables. Interesting, colorful special cocktails. We had boar rags and trout. Both excellent.
The food was good and what we were looking for. The service was outstanding. A nice, relaxing evening.
