Service was extremely slow .... not impressed with management
Restaurant was fun for a get together. The down side is that the bar was extremely slow to push drinks out and that you had to follow up with the waitress for items ordered. Lastly, their key lime dessert tasted like it had been bought from a store, frozen, then partially thawed and then refrozen before being served. The crust was so hard that it took me standing up with two hands to cut through the crust.
Linette was a great waitress. Food was really good and worth the money. My family enjoyed ourselves here and my kids loved watching the volcano.
Good for resort dining. Really kid friendly and loud. It is what it is...
Waited 20 minutes. No waiter came to our table to even acknowledge we were there. Will not go back. We left without any service even after contacting the manager.
Service was awful. Food was fine. Seems like kitchen and front of house had a disconnect. People were not very friendly. Overall not a good experience but went for daughter to play in arcade below. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Absolutely horrible. Food, service, atmosphere, everything.
We had to ask for everything at least three times. Our appetizers took 42 minutes to come. Our server forgot to put two of our orders in. We waited for those two orders and everyone else's food was cold when they finally came. She never cleared our empty glasses. At one point we had 18 glasses on the table. She also forgot to take our vouchers out. She never apologized for the late entrees but instead told us that it was because the items were new and she had to go upstairs to the kitchen. The manager finally came over but it was too late to salvage our meal. Unfortunately, we weren't the only victims. Two other tables in our area asked for the manager. The restaurant catered heavily to children. Not something we expected based on our visits to every other Margaritaville. It was loud, balloons were popping, kids were running around. Just a terrible experience.
this is the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.
My husband ordered a med/rare steak, it was so tough you couldn't chew it. He had green beans that you literally could see that it was two separate cookings of beans...I ordered a Guacamole burger and waffle sweet potato fries, the burger had so little guacamole, you couldn't taste it, and the bun was dry.. they brought reg fries instead of sweet potato, She ordered the SP fries but when she brought them they were cold and greasy . We had our food probably 15 minutes before they brought my sons mac and cheese, It had no taste. Right before we left I ordered a mic ultra and they brought a miller lite. It almost sounds like to much to be true...BUT IT IS. This is the worst experience I've ever had.
The food was overpriced, service was mediocre. I ordered the Mac and cheese for my daughter and it was identical to Kraft but I paid $7.99 for it. They didn’t have a live band on a Saturday night. The only nice part was the 2 people walking around on stilts making balloon animals and doing tricks for kids.
Service was great, everyone was friendly and professionally but the food was nothing special and definitely not worth the price. Had the Cheeseburger in Paradise and honestly I would be more likely to go to Waffle House to get my next cheeseburger than go back, two others had the fish tacos. It was a real disappoint from his other restaurants.
Very cool atmosphere but our trip was not so great due to the noise. They had little kids doing backflips and cheers right by our table. Luckily the music helped shield some of it out but definitely wasn’t looking to hearing “5,6,7,8” every 2 minutes while trying to eat. Lol. Good service and food but it is a bit on the expensive side. Would recommend the nachos and coconut shrimp!
Food was as expected. You aren’t going for the food but for the atmosphere; however, this one didn’t really have the atmosphere either. We had to send back a drink, salad and kids meal and that’s just not usual for us even with low food expectation. We enjoy the hotel but won’t eat here again.
Food was better than I thought it would be, everyone enjoyed their meals.
Definitely a kid spot.
The food was not all that good. I did not finish any of the meals I purchased.
The food was horrible. I ordered the chicken and it was dry and bland. It came with rice, and it tasted like "Rice a Roni". My husband had the steak, ted potaoes, and green beans. There was no seasoning on anything, and his potatoes were sti ll cold. We had no bread or salad . It waa $53, beyond ridiculous. We will nor teturn.
We were a large party and were put off in a corner, away from everything. Waiter didn't seem all that interested in taking care of us. Took forever to order then get food. Kids' meal came out about 5 minutes after adult entrees. Appetizer came out immediately before entrees. Black beans were so salty I couldn't eat them. Had to ask for drink refills multiple times before we got them. Tip was automatically included, which I think gave waited the impression he didn't have to actually work for his tip. Won't be going back. Resort was great, but restaurant was not up to par at all.
Breakfast buffet with Santa was a cute idea, not many people where there while we were, yet the service staff was very slow, drinks ran empty and had to wait over 10 mins for the waitress to get our check so we could pay and leave.
The staff was friendly, efficient and wonderful. We went for breakfast with Santa. The breakfast buffet could have been more especially for the pricing and the food was bland. Nothing a little salt and pepper didn't fix. I was really disappointed that pictures were not given to is though. I had to go online to copy the picture. Again for the pricing that should have been included.
We were there for breakfast with Santa and Santa was awesome! The setup was perfect! Such adorable props for photography! The service was great also! I was not impressed by the breakfast buffet at all. I understand this restaurant doesn’t normally do breakfast, but I felt like for $15 per adult the food should’ve been slightly better. The eggs were undercooked and the biscuits were not good at all. I weighed in on the fact that we did get to take photos with Santa for free so that was the silver lining on the mediocre (at best) food we ate. Also the service was phenomenal so that was also a huge plus.
food wasn't its best had to send several plates back
I would recommend for a kid party. We took 3 14 year old boys. Choose burgers/salads/sandwich and you should be fine. Not a foodie type restaurant.
Service was awful! It was slow inside the restaurant, there were 2 tables besides us in the there. Service was slow and rude. Our food came out either cold or burnt. My drink, bahama mama, tasted like rubbing alcohol! It was just all around a terrible experience.
We have been to over 20 different Margaritavilles all over the country and this one was the absolute worse. They were serving 14 oz beer in 12oZ cups and 20oz in 16oz plastic cups because their glasses were dirty. When we told them they just laughed The apps took over an hour to come out and were burnt. The food took another 30 minutes after that and several of the seven of us had cold and uneidable dinners. We will never go back to this location. It was not busy at all just very mismanaged! The Landshark bar and grill was even out of Landshark! It was a total mess from start to finish! Don’t go!
Great tropical/island atmosphere (makes you feel like you're in the Bahamas or Turks & Caicos)...we enjoyed our friend's birthday celebration.
Nothing like the other Margaritaville restaurants. It was very small. The food was cold. We waited for it probably 40 minutes and the restaurant was not busy. I had six people for my son’s 18th birthday and no large desserts like the one in Destin. Totally disappointed!
Food was great and Cesar our waiter was even better!
Service was slow and horrible..the burger came last and our server didn’t even know it was brought to the table..my husband had finished it before she realized she should have checked on it..it wasn’t even that busy during that time
Expensive. Dissapoiting but kids will like the faux volcano.
Went for my wife’s birthday and I don’t have anything bad to say but I don’t have anything good to say it was average service and average food with a higher than average price tag!!
Overpriced and bad service for mediocre food. You should know the drill if you’ve been here before.
We loved our experience at Margaritaville Biloxi!! Our waiter was great and the food was to die for!!
Pretty pricey, but food was good. The man at the hostess desk seemed pretty lost. It took him a long time to come to the desk and then to decide where to seat us. When he did, he just turned and started walking. When he went to an empty table and put the setups on the table, I realized we were supposed to be following him.
Very overpriced for the product. Even for a vacation spot.
Margaritaville Restaurant was amazing, The service and the food was great. We had the crab dip, blackened snapper and the trio shrimp. For Dessert we had strawberry shortcake. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend them to everyone.
We were sat quickly and the service was prompt. We had the double Cheese Burger in Paradise. The burger was great and the sweet potatoe fries were also good.
I was unfortunately disappointed in our visit. We didn't get the food we ordered. The cocktail I ordered was to Icey. I was hoping for a better visit.
Average bar type food that was overpriced. The volcano in the middle of the room erupts very once in a while which kids will love.
