   I just visited this restaurant and it was an amazing experience! From the ambiance, to the service, to the food, everything was just perfect. The restaurant’s decor was modern and elegant and the lighting created a wonderfully relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and made us feel right at home. Now, let’s talk about the food. Every dish we ordered was nothing short of spectacular. We started with a delicious appetizer of caprese salad and Spanish tortilla, which was cooked to perfection and was paired beautifully with a sauce. For my main course, I ordered the perfectly cooked huevos rotos and avocado toast, which was accompanied by a flavorful and healthy portion of scrambled eggs. The dessert platters we ordered was an absolute delight- fudge brownie and passion fruit marscopone sponge cake. Overall, I absolutely loved this restaurant and will definitely be returning soon. If you’re looking for a place to have fabulous food, fantastic service and a wonderful ambiance this restaurant is a must-try!

   We dined early so noise was not an issue. Our server was very good, cocktails and food were excellent. I had read portions were small but that was not the case, we were definitely full when we left. The Seafood on Fire was the best thing we tried, tasted like the Mediterranean!

   The food was delicious and the service was great. The drinks were not good, we ordered skinny margaritas and none of them were good. The last one tasted like kerosene and we returned it. Overall the experience was great, food is amazing. Will go back many times.

   I Made a reservation for 9 p.m but they didn’t had tables available because they sit everybody even without reservations so I waited in place to be seated at 10 p.m. 1 hour later than My reservation. That day they only have a Limited Special menu. They didn’t put that information in their website or what kind of menú.

    Made reservations for Valentines Day. The parking lot was a nightmare and there was a long line just to get in. A hostess walked us to a separate area and offered a $100 fixed menu that would offer live entertainment but we declined. She then walked us inside and gave us the table closest to the bathroom. We asked another employee if we could move over to the next table and she appeared very hesitant to do so even though there was other seating available. We didn’t understand what the problem was and it made me very uncomfortable. Once we were seated, we were told that it was an $85 fixed menu. We were with our child and asked for the kids menu. We were never brought the menu for our child when it came time to order. We were given the kids options verbally and then just decided to go with the fixed menu for the child. Our server was very nice, but service was bad. We never had an opportunity to order more drinks for the table once we were finished drinking them and left thirsty. We also left hungry. The portions were tiny. The lamb was over cooked, the short rib was undercooked. Silver wear was not replaced after eating the appetizer. We would give it a 5 out of 10.

    This place is very, we had been there for a while, they have changed a bit. The food is still good, the service needs to improve. Young kids now a days, do not want to work and their customer service skills lacks ahead of the phone. Overall, it was great.

    Service was great, drinks were really well made. Sea bass was excellent but the short rib was dried out. Not moist and would not fall apart as it should. Other then that, everything was great including dessert. Had some loud group a couple tables away.

    Marfil never disappoints. The food was delicious and the service excellent. I had the sea bass and I highly recommend it. Our server was attentive but appropriate. The dining room is a little noisier than I like so I always sit on the patio. I love the patio because the tables are big, the chairs comfortable and the evening was lovely. They even had a nice saxophone playing. He wasn’t loud or in your face and didn’t ask for money for a change.

    Waiter was rushed the entire night even though restaurant was not full. So much so he failed to take drink orders for the whole table and then recommended soda or lemonade to my niece and her boyfriend who are both pushing 30 after the rest of the table ordered cocktails, we were a party of 6,so it was obvious and discussed at the table once he left. The lychee martini I ordered came at room temp and was out of balance between the mixer and alcohol, not very pleasant. Apparently there was a private party in the back room with a live band. The waiters seemed shocked the music was so loud, instead of apologizing and explaining to guests, they acted like they were surprised too and had to be asked what was going on. Now we couldn’t even hear each other at the table. All of this probably could have been forgiven with an amazing meal. Unfortunately I was served last at my table, after the rest of the party had received meals and waited for mine to finally arrive. I was presented with a short rib plate that looked like a chocolate brownie sitting on rice pudding. Aside from looking unappetizing, the taste and texture were far worse, the fork is supposed fall through tender short rib, instead i had to hack at it with a knife. Needless to say, I had to send it back as it was completely inedible. I asked for chicken parm instead since it’s probably the hardest meal to mess up, and that came out to me with pasta so steaming hot that I couldn’t touch it for 15 minutes, felt pretty passive aggressive from the staff. So much for my birthday dinner, it was a complete bust and I can’t even fathom how disappointed I was for a restaurant I had been excited to go to at that.

    We were at Marfil Bistro for my sisters 50th birthday. We enjoyed our visit! The food was delicious and perfectly presented, the service was impeccable, the atmosphere was inviting and the music was so so good! The violinist was outstanding! We will definitely be back again!

    My reservation was at 8:15 pm and showed up at the same time, but the place was full and they couldn’t sit us until 9:00 pm. Two drinks were given to us for free for the wait.

    We had to change tables because our original table was next to the guy with the saxophone in such close quarters would make dinner conversation impossible Service was slow and missing (I personally refilled water glasses to our table with the carafe in the closest serving station) Drinks were good Appetizers arrived pretty much together except one that I had to remind our server about Dinner plates arrived at all different times (party of 6 3 different arrival on dinner) 2 out of 4 dishes were overcooked (duck and lamb) the duck had good flavor but the lamb was below average The saxophone guy must have played the birthday/mañanitas song at least 8 times at a minimum Disappointed to say the least

    Loved the attention. The tartare prefer the old version. It was good but I loved the strawberry tartare. The martini was amazing. Guava soufflé is to die for. Strongly recommend the restaurant

    First time there based on Yelp reviews. Great atmosphere but a bit too loud. The noise from the customers loud enough but then add the violinist (although very good) and we were looking forward to leaving. Everyone enjoyed there food except for me (expected something else).

    We went for thanksgiving but chose to stick to the regular menu. The food was fantastic and the service was phenomenal. The only thing we didn’t like was the dessert menu, so we didn’t order anything for dessert (😭) . Would definitely recommend and go back!

    Came to this little gem for my wife’s birthday dinner. It is a quiet, quaint but positive vibe feeling place. It is right across the street from City place Doral with plenty of parking. The staff is 5 star. Server recommended drinks and specials for the evening. My wife and I actually went with the special. Drinks: Smoked old fashioned was 5 stars (presentation is 🔥. My son had a Long Island iced tea. I tried it but was not a fan but to be fair, I don’t drink that drink ever. He liked it but be cautious as it is super sweet. My wife and other party had a red wine bottle; taste was ok but bottle was pricey at $80. Apps: Goat cheese croquettes were very good. We got another order as it only brings 4. The bruschetta was also very good. The house bread was excellent and we had them bring out another plate. Main: 3 of us had the Filet Mignon special with shrimp and a white risotto. They were made to order and delicious. The risotto was surprisingly a great side with this dish. One of the parties had the cowboy steak. He could not finish the meal as it is BIG but said it was tasty. Lastly, someone had the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. I actually tried some of it and it was OK but not special. The party that ordered it loved it though. Dessert: I was full so I only had an espresso that was excellent. The party had crème brûlée and judging by how fast they ate it it was superb. Another party had the crepes and stated they were very good. The bill was $600 as they include gratuity of 18%. There were 5 of us so that breaks down to $120 per person. I guess with inflation that is now the new normal so that is the only thing that will prohibit me from visiting more frequently. I will be back to try some of their other dishes but will wait for the right occasion. They deserve 5 ⭐️
