    Saw a TikTok video about this restaurant. Then it became a must try. My husband‘s birthday was back in August and I wanted to take him to a nice dinner. The food was very tasty. The ambience of the overall restaurant was very nice. We sat at the chefs table and saw some amazing dishes being made. We had the King of The South. It definitely was enough food for two people. We did add the mac & cheese. We ordered a lot of the dishes, so we could get a full experience. We started off with the cornbread and deviled eggs. We enjoyed our night out at this restaurant definitely would recommend it to others and go back myself.

    Not good night for the restaurant. The manager explained they were down two people in the kitchen. Hopefully, it will be a better experience for other patrons.

    10/10 for service, experience, and taste! All staff, especially AJ & Caleb, were fun & helpful regarding the menu. Definitely would suggest sitting at the Chef’s table for an immersive experience. The King of the South platter, cornbread & Mac and cheese were bomb! Highly recommend getting the King of the South in order to get a taste of everything.

    I was a little dissemination this time. The collard greens were not good. No seasoning. The lamb chops tasted like they were dipped in vinegar. The sea bass was overcooked. This was my 3rd time bringing people. The 1st 2 times were awesome! Food was outstanding. Maybe because it was a Thursday. September 21st. Please check your chefs for that date. My bestie and I spent $100 each but we weren't pleased.

    The hostess is not very welcoming here. Our reservation was early on a Tuesday. and despite only a few tables being sat, the hostess tried to put us at a high top in the bar area. So we had to politely ask for a regular table. Then she still put us right next to the noisy bar when there were so many other tables available, even through our entire dinner. The ribs appetizer was good, but $19 for an appetizer? Our server highly recommended the Seafood Picadilly (a pasta with shrimp and crab), saying it was his favorite dish on the menu. They must have run out of crab because I never tasted it and there were only a few shrimps in the dish. Should've known better than to order a pasta dish, but I expected more from this restaurant. The wine was just okay. For that price, there are plenty of other restaurants with better value.

To answer your question about the initial high-top table placement - we offer a happy hour menu available in our bar area and patio only, which is most likely why our hostess tried to seat you there first (it's a great deal and very popular). As for your table placement, we stagger our team members to come in at different times depending on the flow of business, and the table you provided was in a section with a server assigned; however, we understand your sentiments and will address this. We're very sorry you did not have the experience we intended to provide, and we hope you will have a change of heart and try us again.

    The staff is very friendly but the owner needs to be at this establishment in order for it to be successful me and my husband’s experience was not good at all yesterday on September 17th the food was not good the brisket was as hard as a rock and cold after waiting for over a hour and a half they came back and told my husband that there wasn’t any lamb chops available so he had to get something else that he really didn’t want we had several people around us complaining that the food was too cold and they were correct we won’t be returning it’s not worth the money

    Service is typically impeccable as well as the food. For the first time in MANY visits - the service wasn’t the best and the food was cold. However, I’ll definitely be back! We noticed the GM wasn’t present this day, I’m thinking this could be the reason.

    Went to dinner with my foodie friends - amazing time! Our server, Adrian, was so knowledgeable about both the food and cocktail menus. Just walking inside is a whole vibe. The music was so on point and every piece of art was curated just for the area that the restaurant is located. The food was so good! I’m already thinking of when I can return. This is an Atlanta gem!

    The food was great at this Grille the service was good I had the lobster mac & cheese, and my mom had shrimp and grits.  my dad had the chicken waffle. It was all a good experience I will make sure to have dessert next time.

    From the time we entered until the time we left we were blown away with the customer service, the food, the atmosphere, everything. We were so impressed we made reservations before we left for dinner the next day for four more of our friends!     Food took entirely too long and was cold when we got to the table. We were sitting next to the kitchen and it appeared that they were prioritizing to-go orders over clients in the restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly at least.

    Great ambiance, amazing food. attentive staff. However we had the worst seat in the restaurant. My party of three was seated where the wait staff congregated to wait for drinks and gather doggy bags. A glass was dropped by our table, I constantly got bumped into while trying to eat, but other than that, if I could be seated at another table, I would return.

    The only reason I even gave it 3 stars was because our waitress was great and the cornbread and ribs are tasty. Otherwise, no bueno! They ran out of bass without telling us and just showed up at our table with halibut!! And if our reservation is at 5:00 our table should already be ready (as soon as they open for dinner) - we should not have had to wait as long as we did for them to “set up” the table. I do not need to go again.

    Food is always excellent when going to Marcus. However, the service can be a tad slow. While the servers are all generally very nice, some can be more attentive than others and it can take a while for the food to come out.

    This experience was divine, from the host to our waitress to the food it was great. My husband and I were full from the amount of food, everything came out in a timely manner. The money matched the quality and Ahmad was awesome and we will definitely be returning.

    2nd time at the restaurant and it only got better. Alex was our waiter and OMG, he was PHENOMENAL!!!! Professional and overall a great guy!!! Asking to be seated in his section next time….yes there will be a next time and a next time!! The hood was fantastic!!!

    The food was very good, but could have used a pinch of salt. The ambiance was a whole vibe, very chill. The music was a tad too loud. Our server was great and the food was brought out in a timely manner. I would eat here again.
