    My husband and I came for our wedding anniversary. Our server was fantastic. We ordered the meatballs ( too chewy), patatas bravas, and the evening specials - jerk oxtail with plantain mash and the surf and turf. Both were delicious. The drinks were great too. All in all a great night.

    The menu for brunch was extremely limited and does not reflect the menu that we saw online. Server reconfirmed that the menu changes at times. Overall the service and ambiance was nice.

    The view was stunning The drinks were OK - nothing special. They seems large at first but had a lot of ice, and we’re not as interesting, flavor wise, as the descriptions. The real issue was the speed of the service. They were polite and friendly, but just way too slow. I’d go back - for the view, and maybe the servers were just having a bad night, but a second night like that would be the last.

    There was a lack of professionalism. The hostess was very slow and unable to solve problems. The manager was not equipped to manage. We did have a lovely server. The dress code for the employees seems not to exists as you could not identify who worked at the establishment

    Made reservations and they sat us behind a building with very poor view of the city. When asked to move closer they said we can go walk over to the edge and take pics. Even though there was plenty of seating near the view. Server rarely stopped at the table and forgot to put the “birthday girls” food order in. We all got our food ate it and she still didn’t get her food, when she finally got her food it was cold. Most of us ordered the “surf and turf” and they charged the shrimp as an add on. It’s surf and turf not turf add surf 😒 Also the food was not worth the cost. No kids menu. Our 8 year old ordered the ribs and the server didn’t think to tell us they were spicy. The fried calamari wasn’t fried calamari it was “fried everything we can find in the fridge” olives, peppers, barley any calamari (that was rubbery) and they even fried lemons. Smh. It was bad. They added a $70 tip to the bill for a server who didn’t even deserve $20. Very bad experience. Felt very bad for the birthday girl since all she wanted for her birthday was good food and nice view. Definitely won’t go back here.

    Parking was a bit confusing, in and out of the hotel that leads to the 6th floor. Bathrooms were clean but small. The host was did not have a very welcoming face but did sit us very quick. The waiter was awesome. Very friendly, kind and very precise on our requests. The food… For the price, the shrimp was good but I have had more and better presented for less. The meatballs were good, but the price again, for the presentation was not worth it. Overall, parking needs clarity, hosting needs work, waiters are awesome, food was good but the plates are way too small and the presentation needs adjustments to compete with the surrounding restaurants.

    Menu is super weird, food is awful and terribly prepared, wait staff is very slow and most of them seem like they’re on something. Drinks are 20 bucks a pop and they only offered a drink at the beginning of the night so lost 100s on bad wait staff. The people next to us lost their patience and just left. I really hope someone who knows how to run a restaurant takes over this place because it is a tragic waste of a view.

    The waiter completely forgot about us. We had to request a desert menu 4 times. We waited at least 30 minutes. Still, no menu. We reminded her again, she came out 10 minutes later with a brownie that was cold and hard, strawberries that tasted savory, singing happy birthday. They gave me the lighter to light my own candle. We asked for the check. We had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes. At this point we decided to walk in to pay the bill. The broccoli was burned beyond recognition, the squash was mushy. However, the calamari was great, so was the oxtails. This was a birthday dinner. 0-10 would not recommend. Will not be returning.

    We had reservations for 7:30pm and as soon as we got there, the hostess let us know there was an event and so we won't be able to seat down at 7:30pm but 8:30pm. 9:00pm and still "no available tables" even though there were always free outdoor tables. We decided to sit down regardless until a waiter came to us and finally gave us a menu.

    The Hostess was not competent. I had reservations. It was our 30 th wedding anniversary. I had asked for table with a view. When we arrived the hostess wanted to sit us in the back at a bar height table? The restaurant was not full ~50% with many tables available. I then aske for a table with a view that was dining table and she placed at a table. The issue was many people would be directly behind me taking pictures the entire evening to the point I asked to be moved. The Food was good and so was the server. The problem is the front desk and her total lack of placement and understanding. We went 8/19/23.

    We had to cancel our food order because it take forever. The drinks were horrible. The place was dirty as well. Service was terrible. The only thing that nice about this restaurant is the view. I will never go back.

    Been there for dinner last week on Saturday. Made a reservation for 2 ppl at 8:30pm . Ambiance was great , amazing view everything was perfect . Server approached the table and went through specials he said “ they have surf and turf special - filet mignon with shrimp , if you don’t want the shrimps you can have it without it . I was like I want the special how is served without modifications or substitution. Food arrived everything was delicious. We asked for the check … when the check came we saw that we were charged for two different dishes filet mignon and shrimp separately . We flagged our server and told him we feel misled because is not how you described the dish . He said “ oh that’s how they break the price “ anyways I didn’t wanted to argue since we were celebrating a special occasion. On top of this issue we were charged 20% gratuity and on the check it says “6guest “ while we were only two . I’ve been reaching out to the restaurant since Sunday but no response. Service and clearly the management is below any standard which is a shame because this place has an amazing chef ! Will never come back !

    Nohu is a wonderful restaurant with a terriic staff, especially their bar, wait, and hostess. Nohu offers seating both inside and outside (rooftop). The appointments and ambiance are very good. The food is also excellent. The pricing is expensive and the portions are satisfying, but the dish ordered will be exactly what is listed and nothing more (bread, vegtable, starch in some cases). For example, I ordered the broiled scallops. There were two portion sizes listed, either 3 or 5. I chose 5. When the meal arrived, that was the meal, 5 scallops. You can request sides and the wait staff are excellent at helping in that regard, but it will be a la carte. Which is fine, but it would be helpful if the menu made it clear that what you see on the menu is what you get and perhaps listed what sides might be available. One other issue, if you are staying at the hotel, the menue is limited and doesn't change. So after a few days it starts to lose it's luster. That said, the food, again, is excellent and it you are looking for a place to eat that is, in my opinion overall exceptional, but bear in mind the portion control, you will not be disappointed. I would still highly recommend.

    The restaurant is very beautiful great views. I have been here twice and will say the food menu changes every time and seems to go downhill. That was my only concern the food choices are limited. The drinks were great!!

    We were greeted by one of the most unfriendly people at the rsvp desk. Treated us in a very condescending manner. The outdoor don’t have a cool vibe.

    The experience was beautiful. I went to celebrate my birthday and our waiter, Alex, took care of us very well. I highly recommend going for the service and ambiance. The food was okay. 5/6 of us ordered oxtail and mashed potatoes and we all agreed that our mashed potatoes taste like mashed sweet plantains. 8/10 for sure.

    Staff was not coordinated throughout the night. Alex took our order and never came back. Chantelle or Charmaine saved the night. Music outside didn’t match the music inside. Only the view of the NYC skyline was great. We will be returning.
