The manager was amazing. We truly enjoyed or experience and we look forward to returning. I will be back for the brunch on February 6,2021.
I’ve been here twice & even though the view is breathtaking, I don’t really care too much about the food. It’s ok, it’s not a place that I would to JUST for the food.
I was really unhappy with the service provided. We booked the place for 4 pm in advance. On reaching there we were told the igloo setup is not available and they are not serving food outside due to weather. I would atleast expect a phone call to give us a heads up. On top of it the lady was quite rude - we asked her if she can reserve a table on the side while we are enjoying the drinks outside and she kept saying no. She said I have to keep an eye on when the table will be free if I want on. She didn't treat other people with the same attitude - I realized she is only doing this to me (bcz I am of a diff color may be?) I was really upset after this behavior of hers when she herself was a woman of color

I made a reservation for 2:00pm, I didn’t get my drink order until 2:45. The ambience is nice, however the lack of servers delays everything and kinda kills the vibe. The food was good (I got the lobster roll) my friends had the chicken and cornbread waffle. I had the lavender spritzer? Something along those lines and it was filled with ice and watered down. Not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon but maybe in the summer time when they actually offer outdoor dining.
We were a group of 7 people on Jan 16th. We had reservations for 8.45. We were seated promptly as it was not busy. We requested to give us a table next to the fire pit & the hostess mentioned we have to spend $350 minimum. That was fine too but asking for an extra heater did not go well. They refused another heater. No one came to the table for 25mins . We finally left. Very poor experience

So aside from the fact that they do not make it clear that the outdoor seating is just a bar table with 2 chairs and if you get lucky a heating lamp which in this case we were not as lucky, the lady at the front desk is extremely rude and did not try to accommodate us at all. My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary, when I made the reservation I chose outdoor seating. When they took us outside (in the freezing cold) they gave us a table with 2 chairs and there were no heating lamps. We told the young lady who escorted us that we wanted an igloo instead, she said I would have to go speak to the desk lady. So we did, I asked her if she had anything inside and she said no, so I said I want an igloo then and she just kept repeating “it’s gone!! Girl I’m telling you it’s gone!!” Idk if it was because the music was so loud, but she didn’t even realize that I was asking for an igloo to sit outside. My husband got upset because of how she spoke to us so we ended up going somewhere else.
We had terrible service, our waiter was not attentive at all, we ended up never getting dishes we had ordered. Not to mention that they kept insisting they were not offering certain things on the menu despite other guests receiving these dishes all throughout the night.
Upon first entrance the restaurant looked classy and we couldn’t wait to be seated, until we were walked to our table and we were taken to a completely different room and it looked like an unfinished warehouse with picnic tables and chairs. The food and drinks were underwhelming and most of my guests barely touched their food. Our waiter was nice and it was not his fault but our overall experience was 1/10. We were disappointed.
Dinner was a disaster. Only two very nice and patient waiters for a full restaurant. Received wrong items and missing sides included in entree. Ridiculously steep prices for what you get. Menu extremely limited. Food very tasty but not worth the hassle.
The food was fantastic and the ambiance was beautiful. Best fried chicken w/ cornbread and hot honey! Next time we will try the igloo experience. Our server was great.

I was received by Stephasia. The food we ate were delicious. I had a great time with the food and the amazing views. My friend’s birthday was very nice experience. Our food choices were grilled shrimp with brown sauce, fresh shrimp, medium well steak was definitely a success, moist and tender, flavorful. my guests were very happy and amazed. They liked the salmon and the drinks.
The dessert was extra sweet with the birthday 🎂 greeting and candle 👌💝 great touch of hospitality. Once again I am very grateful . Can’t wait dine here again. I am totally a big fan of this joint 💕💕💕 I highly recommend this place. 👍🏼
You pay for the view, the menu is so poor there’s nothing to eat and food is too expensive for what it is. They should have more variety on the menu. The place is beautiful but that’s it.

It was my birthday 1/10(Sunday) the menu was very limited, they did have salmon and a whole variety of other meals they didn’t have. I asked the waiter why? He said he doesn’t know it happens sometimes. Really? I was forced to order food I didn’t want. My husband said he told them it was my birthday and they said ok, but never came to our table. This was my second time there and I came back because it was so nice before. I was not happy especially since my bill was $250

The vibe was too die for however the service was not up to par. The staff seemed overwhelmed, caught attitude as the heater would blow out from the wind. Overall for such a nice place the quality of service def needs help.

Great food... Terrible service, had to wait 20 minutes for my side and the waitress never came to check on us or give us refills, we would have to get up to ask for everything then wait an eternity

No service, food better at mcdonalds. They have 3 items on the menu and 2 of them were not available when we went.

Waited forever for a waitress and my friends card was charged 3 times.

It was cool
I visited this venue for the first time with my dinner date and the ambiance, food, service was good. However, I would rate the overall experience a 4 due to some of the significant cons. 1) I reserved for outdoor seating and was directed to an Indoor table. 2) The ladies room was all out of toilet paper and paper towels. Will I visit again? I have not yet decided.

The lady who welcome us in the entrance and seated us was super rude. I took reservation for outside seating . And once it was night, it was too cold and we wanted to check if it is too cold at the outside before seating or if they have a heater. The lady who welcomed us told us in a rude attitude " Didn't you just come back from the outside sir? And you do not know how the weather is outside?? " and I told them it is rooftop , the wather is not that cold at outside but we wanted to check the seat we are going to sit before they seat us. She said " IT is colder" but she never mentioned they have heaters at the corner of the tables. She could easily told us that the outside seatings has heaters and there is no problem or she could tell us that if it is too cold she can relocate us to the inside seating. But instead she chose the rude way. It is overpricey compare the quality. The view is ncie but they are only selling the view.

Just love the ambiance when the nad is there, the drinks, service ( Stallin is fantastic!) Steve is great! My 4th time there within 2 months.
Food was very good, overpriced but good. The people in charge of the place and the service in New Years I can’t explain how awful they were, rushing and making everyone feel stressed. Our waitress in door and outdoor amazing, they try to make us feel better. We book the place because we wanted to have a nice dinner and after drinks but they sit us in a very weird back space not cute at all, is not what you wish for your New Years dinner, the table and the place not at all as the pictures, not at all what are you paying. They turn on the lights at 9:45 and rush everyone almost yelling to leave the place. Very bad. Then we went outside and we had to fight to get a hitter, again, very stressful. Never coming back here for a holiday dinner.

We booked an indoor table and when we arrived were told it wasn't available. We were freezing because we didn't dress for outside dining. We left.

Made reservations for New Year’s Eve at 9 pm
They seat us in the igloo and as we sat the manager informs us that the igloos are all booked after we ordered food meanwhile that was what I had reserved. They kick us out didn’t offer any other accommodations. We refused to leave because it was an hr drive for us to get there and we wanted to celebrate new year there and we were looking forward to it
The manager “Estallion “then offered the igloo for an hr. We accepted then 45 mins later they ask us to leave and take another table to finish eating our dinner in the cold
The heater was not even on on the other table.
We couldn’t sit it was freezing outside
They Charged us 500 for the igloo when we did not even get to finish our food and had to take deserts to go.
Made us wait an hr for desserts
I tried to speak to manager stallion and I expressed how disappointed I was for planning New Year’s Eve there and leaving before 11 pm
So embarrassed Infront of friends and family
Manager does not care about customers
He did not even apologize for the inconvenience he caused
The food was horrible
Pasta was not cooked properly and the rice either

Our first time experience at Nohu Rooftop restaurant was amazing, no one can bet the ambiance and the spectacular skyline views - our server Rahat was very attentive and very professional. We had the 4 course New Year’s Eve menu of Chef Edward Brumfield . The chef was very nice and accommodating , he prepared us extra special entree about the bird 👍🏻😋 so tender & crispy 😘👌He took the time to show up in our table, we’re very honored chef 💕 they follow strict guidelines for Covid-19 . The restroom were very clean and they have a very chic lounge area. I will definitely be back , I highly recommend this restaurant. All of each courses were very nicely presented and delicious 😋
I checked in at Residence Inn ; another Marriott Bonvoy property; they are next to each other. Very convenient. I can’t wait to stay at the Envue Autograph Collection. They have a convenient Public parking garage, very affordable compared to the city 👌😁

I took my pregnant wife there for the first time for our anniversary. We reserved a table for 8:00pm. I asked on the reservation for an outdoor table. We were placed in an indoor one. I let that go. Then we sat down and no one went to take our order. At 8:45pm the person that sat us down, went to ask us if the server came to take our order. We said no and she took our order. The food was great but the service was not good. She was the only one very attentive to us, which we really appreciate it. She made sure everything was ok. Then a group of 6 people walked in and they took their order right away and were very attentive to them, which we felt wasn’t fair at all.
