Great food and good service. Decor is a bit dark. Prices are a lot higher than similar restaurants in Warsaw. We had a hotel F&B credit that made it a lot more affordable

Our experience at this otherwise very nice place was significantly degraded by the family of drunken tourist-types, sounding and behaving as though we were at a Southern European beach resort rather than an upscale hotel in a capitol city. The lowlight was when around 10-15 family members all loudly joined the same Facetime call with an auntie, who apparently had not joined the trip, and almost sat on top of our table during their shouted call. One thing is that the specific party we're not particularly well-behaved, which was not too impressive. But we were especially disappointed that none of the wait staff appeared to make any efforts to quiten down the loudly Brits in order to make the experience better for all other guests.

o pierwsze moje doświadczenie z tego typu eventem i miejscem jakim jest Hotel Bristol. Dlatego pozwolę sobie na dłuższą odpowiedz na temat przeżyć kulinarnych i ogólnej oceny całego wydarzenia. Celem jest konstruktywny feedback, który mam nadzieję przybliży Państwa do perfekcji ;) Z wrażeń kulinarnych, zapadło w pamięć tylko wybitny sernik, którego skosztowałam 2 kawałki, tartaletka cytrynowa, pyszne różowe wino, zaskoczona faktem, że jest angielskie, było idealne na te porę roku i dnia i bardzo smaczny szampan na powitanie. Dodam, że nie jem mięsa, także dania wege i z rybą zostały przeze mnie skosztowane. Dodatkowo, nie jestem w stanie ocenić z jakich środowisk bądź zainteresowań były zaproszone osoby lub osoby, które zdecydowały się zrobić rezerwację, ale odczuwam niedosyt w obszarze merytorycznym (Zaznaczę, że zdecydowałam się na rezerwację ze względu na rozszerzenie wiedzy kulinarnej a przy tym„doświadczanie”, jakie towarzyszy mi przy jedzeniu). Mianowicie brakowało mi dłuższego dialogu o kuchni brytyjskie. Wiedza jaką posiada pan Robert Makłowicz jest na tyle obszerna, że pewnie można byłoby słuchać Go do końca świata ;) ale myśląc tutaj konkretnie o kuchni brytyjskiej, sugerowałabym kilka wejść Pana Roberta (3 ? O przystawkach/ kuchni brytyjskiej/winach i alkoholach/ deserach) albo to w formie rozmowy przy konkretnych serwowanych daniach. Wielki plus za muzykę na żywo, która powinna dopełniać tego typu eventy nienachalną nutą i tak było w tym przypadku. W dobrym guście również jest poinformowanie gości o harmonogramie eventu/ etapach/ ramach czasowych, jeśli takowe istnieją. Podsumowując, moje marzenie dzięki Wam zostało spełnione i jestem bardzo sobie ;D i Wam wdzięczna. Ciekawią mnie kolejne eventy z Panem Robertem i mam nadzieję, że moja wiadomość, będzie przez Państwa odebrana pozytywnie, bo z takimi emocjami została napisana. Pozdrawiam! A.A

I think that meeting with Mr. Robert was fantastic. Maybe Mr. Robert could talk a bit longer. The food, of course, was top notch.

We took the 5 course meal. The crayfish soup tasted like something from a bottle with very salty salmon in it and had two shrimps in it. The other courses was also oversalted like the dumplings with the duck. Dessert was overly sweet with no freshness to it. Expensive and with many courses almost inedible I would not recommend this restaurant. The wine was the only thing that was good. Lots of great Polish wines. Very low value for money in total.
