Very poor service. No one seating anyone, was served 30 mins after booking. 1.5 hours for mains. They were very apologetic and reduced the bill but odd for such a chain at such a price. Food was very good when it arrived

Having dined at the London steakhouse Glasgow was disappointing , The restaurant was cold and the service was slow, We waited 40mins for our main course and 20mins for our second cocktails which never arrived , although the did find there way onto our bill , We asked for some still water only to be told that the glasses were being washed so our water arrived in shot glasses ( No joke ) . Nice food, but won't return.

We got off to a rocky start as my online booking had not been received by the restaurant. Fortunately for us it was a Monday evening and the restaurant was quiet and they were able to give us a table. Service and food was excellent. Looking forward to my next visit.

Possibly the worst service I ve ever received , we originally waited a hour for our table to be ready once seated we received our starter without getting our appetiser first. Although the starters were very nice . Then we received our mains but after waiting 5 mins we started our steak without getting our sides to accompany our meat the sides did come but after we had eaten most of our steak .All round very disappointing even thought the food was nice

I as really looking forward to dining at this restaurant. The food was lovely but that was the highlight as the ambience / decor of the restaurant was quite stark and needed softened to create a more welcoming atmosphere. The service was very poor and we waited 10 minutes just for the water to arrive, then the wine we had ordered never appeared so we had to request that again. The waitress did not write our order for anything down .... I had read about the poor service in other reviews but I always like to try things and make my own mind up - unfortunately, the reviews are correct. It's a real shame :(

The restaurant that Marco forgot. Don't bother. Having put his name to the premises it's a comfort that the food was reasonably good although additional charges for a tablespoon of sauce with their top of the bill Cote de Boeuf seemed a bit miserly. Sadly the front of house needs a serious shake up. Having arrived a little early and being largely ignored in the bar we opted for a cocktail. I ordered at the bar and we were disappointed when our Barman (who according to the menu prides himself on using fresh ingredients) appeared at our table with one cocktail to share the news that there was no mint. OK it was a Wednesday, but really? The absence of this key ingredient wiped out at least 4 of the choices and it would've helped if he'd shared this critical deficiency when ordering. It also meant a considerable delay while he made a second cocktail. On carrying our own drinks through to the restaurant, things didn't improve much when we met the Maitre D. Chris Campbell was clearly having a bad night and we were obviously a major inconvenience. When shown to a very indifferent table at the kitchen door we suggested that one of the empty Banquettes might be more agreeable. This would apparently involve setting the table up, but we helpfully said we were happy to wait. Setting up involved two sets of different cutlery, 2 napkins and 2 different wine glasses - I have a picture - fine dining Non! After perusing the wine list for a while we opted for a nice Amarone. Chris returned to say there was none and he would suggest the Valpolicella - not quite the same. Again would've been helpful to know before placing our order. Stock shortages always a worry. The food was slow to arrive - there was a belated explanation that the beef apparently took longer to cook. Surprise? We managed not to let the indifference and ineptitude of the front of house spoil our evening and the food saved the day. We couldn't, in all conscience, recommend the venue and we wouldn't go back.

The restaurant was very good. Helpful staff, you do not feel rushed. The options of food was great, the steaks coming out of the kitchen all looked amazing. The quality of ingredients and cooking were superb. Definitely worth a visit
