Sono andato a pranzo due volte nelle ultime due settimane. Ambiente raffinato ma un po' sacrificato nella divisione tra pasticceria e ristorante. Personale estremamente gentile e competente, costretto ad un servizio troppo assillante, in quanto, per il prezzo richiesto, il cliente ha diritto a sedere senza la pressione sulle consumazioni o sul "liberare" il posto. Il cibo riflette la scelta di internazionalità, fornendo un'elevata qualità, ma per alcuni piatti (risotto con piselli) perdendo di personalità. Pasticceria superlativa, se si ha la pazienza di farla tornare a temperatura ambiente: servire la pasticceria fredda di frigorifero non può essere accettato per un locale che fonda la sua bicentenaria fama proprio su questi prodotti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo adeguato al livello del locale, alla collocazione in Galleria, alla lunghissima tradizione.
