Marche aux Fleurs
Fried chicken Tuesday and it was really good. Flavorful slaw and chicken.
I thought this was the best dining experience I've had in a long time. My guests kept complimenting me on my choice. The food was fabulous, the prices more than fair, the ambience great, the service excellant. And it was quiet enough for great conversation.
Really good fried chicken dinner . The beer wasn’t cold. Nice ambiance. Cute place.
Always great!! I love bringing clients to dinner here. They are surprised with the delicious food, laidback atmosphere and style. They leaving knowing they will come back again.
We had a fabulous hamburger, we split it and we’re perfectly satisfied. Every single bite was delicious.
A few fresh flowers would’ve been very nice outside since we were outside and the weather was still warm. Anne
We have been hearing about Marche aux Fleurs from friends for a long while. FINALLY, we were able to visit this gem ourselves. What a lovely atmosphere right in Ross! Gorgeous outdoor seating, delicious food (Don't skip the seasonal melon salad!), wonderful waitstaff and all around delightful evening.
A late summer evening dining on the patio at Marche aux Fleurs makes for a memorable setting. Add to that selections from the delicious summer menu (we had the halibut and the duck confit) and the attentive service and you have a remarkable dining experience.
Excellent service and food was delicious.
We had a lovely dinner on the patio perfectly comfortable and delicious. Very friendly and accommodating wait staff. Will definitely go back and take friends.
Wonderful & friendly restaurant with a great staff. By the way, the food is wonderful!
Marche aux Fleurs is a hidden gem of a restaurant. The food is always excellent, paired with a great list of wines, including a really great selection of half bottles which is really quite rare and really quite nice. The ambiance is warm, friendly and great for conversation with an outside patio area that feels like you could be on the French Riviera or Tuscany. But most of all, the people at this family owned restaurant are just really, really nice. Combine all these factors and you have a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ dining experience whether with family or with friends that whisks you away into a delightful world of culinary and service delight.
Maybe it was the night but we didn't have a good experience at Marche. I think the server staff was short handed. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment that night but we will go back since it is a local restaurant and we can walk to it from our home.
always excellent, intriguing flavors, and great with guests
I got to pick the restaurant as it is my birthday. I’ve wanted to dine here for some time but got outvoted. It’s Tuesday night and school starts tomorrow so it was quiet. There a nice but somewhat sterile indoors room and a charming outside patio. We sat at the inside table at the glass door to outside. Best of both worlds. Very knowledgeable and detailed descriptions of dinner choices and wines. Attentive and friendly service throughout. Fresh corn soup was a standout. Duck confit, fresh King salmon and special roast chicken entrees all got thumbs up. Will definitively be back.
We LOVE Marche for the delicious food and the wonderful service. Some of the dishes are a little pricey but one cannot beat the quality of the ingredients and the portion size. I literally was full after my salad but of course managed to eat my entire dinner anyway!
They always seem to knock it out of the park. I've been a fan for years, and my visits never disappoint. Best duck confit I can find anywhere, and the orecchiette is such wonderful comfort food. A thoughtful wine list, and great values, to pair with the excellent meals.
For years we have enjoyed Marche aux Fleurs for special occasions. They provide excellent cuisine and service. We look forward to years to come.
Reservation was for our anniversary. I noted this on Open Table. No mention was made at dinner. Our wine glasses were not even half full for a $15.00 glass of wine. Bottle of sparkling water was $9.50. Food was average and way over priced. The outdoor seating was very nice and our waiter was great. We were both very disappointed in our experience. We are locals and were really looking forward to our dinner. We will not be back.
Very nice meal with great service. Menu had many interesting options, and really enjoyed our experience.
Delicious meal! Homemade bread, vegetable Tian was amazing!
An excellent, and often changing wine list that covers the full spectrum of wine selections.
It's always a pleasure to recommend our favorite restaurant. Marche is never less than perfect. What more really needs to be said!
The Very Best!!! My families go to any time we get a chance. The food is amazing, the staff is always friendly and sitting in the garden transports me to vacation-mode.
Overall very good meal. Two complaints. I had a BLT salad and the bacon was cut in small cubes and was pre-cooked and had no flavor and was tough. The rest of the salad and ingredients were very good. Also the coffee wasn't very good.
Food and service was just outstanding! Can’t complain about a thing!
We went here for a special occasion and the service was really really bad. They forgot to put birthday candles out. Took 30 minutes to take our order. The food arrived far apart (2 people were served and 5 minutes later the other plates would arrive) and generally our waiter was rude and rushed. Not going back!
Our favorite restaurant, and the hamburgers on Hamburger Night were delicious!
I had the duck and it was dry. The peaches were under ripe. Since it is the heart of peach season that was disappointing.
My husband has trouble walking and I asked if we could sit at a table close by the door to the outside patio. The seater said she had to ask. She kept us standing there and then came back and said “it’s more convenient for us if you sit at another table”, which was farther away. Unfortunate that she made it about them and not the customer and showed no interest in accommodating someone who is disabled. Right after we were seated another couple came in and was seated at the table I had asked for.
Marche aux Fleurs is delightful. The food and the service are exceptional. We love the serene patio, tucked in off a quiet road in peaceful Ross.
Lovely ambience in garden seating area, delicious food and great service made for a great evening out with friends.
Always a delightful spot to enjoy a summer dinner on their patio. Delicious food, beautifully presented, and wonderfully personable service.
A hidden Gem in Ross. I fell in love with this restaurant. The food was excellent, service was fabulous and the warm chocolate cake was to die for. Great ambiance and not loud.
Continues to be best restaurant in Marin both in terms of food and service.
Nice variety and the quality and presentation of the dishes is outstanding.
Always pleasant staff and atmosphere. Great patio on warm days. Food always good.
It was an overall enjoyable experience, but it was rather challenging/difficult to get the attention of the waitress to order our meals for the evening.
Marche as usual was delicious. Great staff, great food, great atmosphere. They never ever fail to impress.
What a beautiful evening-outdoor seating, an amazing waiter, and excellent food and wine.
THIS RESTAURANT STRIKES THE PERFECT BALANCE BETWEEN EXCEPTIONALLY WELL-PREPARED FOOD AND A REASONABLE PRICE POINT. THE WINE SELECTION IS QUITE VARIED AND AGAIN THEIR WINE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE FOR THE QUALITY. SERVICE WAS FINE. THE NIGHT WE WENT MOST PEOPLE WERE EATING OUTSIDE SO THE NOISE LEVEL INSIDE WAS BARELY NOTICEABLE. HOWEVER, WHEN THE DINING ROOM IS FULL, IT CAN BE RATHER LOUD. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARCHE AUX FLEUR FOR A LOVELY EVENING OUT IN A LOCALLY-OWNED AND RUN RESTAURANT.
When you want to feel like your on vacation in the dreamiest of locations. When no matter what you order is the best thing you’ve had all month. Al fresco or in the dining room, you will come once and make it your stomping ground. Every meal is unforgettable. Thank you again Marche.
