Menu is great, staff is very friendly and helpful, ambiance is top notch. High quality ingredients, down to using different potatoes for different dishes. Unfortunately, they were out of the lamb dish that 2 of us wanted to order, which was disappointing because the lamb was one of the few gluten-free options. One of the members of our party ordered a pasta dish and asked if it contained cheese; he was told only cheese on top; he ordered the dish without cheese; the dish arrived covered in cheese; when he pointed out that he did not eat cheese he was then told the pasta was filled with cheese and it could not be made without cheese. Another member of our party ordered a Bordeaux and was brought the wrong wine. My trout was phenomenal, even if the potatoes and carrots on my dish were over-charred on one side. Those would could eat bread loved it and asked for more. When we had to be annoying and ask for a printed version of the check with the alcohol removed (for business expense purposes) they were very cool about it. We enjoyed ourselves, and will go back.

So tonight was the first night I’ve been to this restaurant. Went to a wine tasting/dinner. One of the main reasons I wanted to go was because the foods they were offering were different from anything that I was used to. Everything was excellent. Thank you to Dancing Crow Wines for the fabulous wines. All of them were very tasty and I highly recommend The Sovereign Blanc, the Rose, Cabernet, and the Zin.

Absolutely loved the wine dinner - the wine paired perfectly with the food and the atmosphere is a total vibe. Adam is a jewel! Love his creativity and the food tastes yummy. Can’t wait for more!

The food options were so bad. I can’t understand why the food pairing was so odd with the yummy wine. It may have been overdone or over thought of and just not good flavors. I did not like the chefs choice.

Have gone there 3 times now because I really want to like this place. All 3 times I’ve been they never have the ravioli dish. Even though 2x I was told they had it only to be told by host they were out once they came back from kitchen. How do you run out of a featured course at 8pm on a Friday night? Drinks have always come after an appetizer- all 3 times. My 2nd choice- steak frites was grisly. Friends trout was served skin up? Just seems a lack of care all around and the food isn’t that good- especially for the price. I will not be returning.

Maple Ridge Grocer went out to their way to make our son's birthday special. Our server, Stephanie, immediately acknowledged his birthday upon being seated & she even brought him a pastry with a birthday candle in it. The food was excellent & the service was top notch. We love the vibe & the overall experience was well worth every penny.

Grace was an AMAZING server! The babaghanoush was phenomenal and the brown butter cheesecake was out of this world. Love this restaurant so much!

First off, parking is terrible so I recommend carpooling if you’re going with guests. The theme of the restaurant is retro and cute but the atmosphere is very busy and conversations are difficult hear due to noise level. Food was good and relatively quick to arrive. I would go again but maybe on an off day so it’s not a busy and parking is better.
