Manzo - Eataly at Park MGM
Food was excellent and service exceptional. Our server Luis was so kind and helpful.
There is nothing else like this in Las Vegas. Of course they have an Eataly in Los Angles too. The food and the idea are great, but the crowds take away the enjoyment somewhat, as people tend to be loud and obnoxiously drunk. Try and go when it is not too crowded.
We were seated in an area that was FREEZING cold. We needed to wear our napkins on our shoulders to try to warm up. Had to ask twice for replacement napkins for our laps. Told the waitress it was so cold it was unbearable - she could have cared less. No offer to move us to a warmer area of the restaurant. I ordered what I thought was spaghetti and prawns. The spaghetti it turns out was some fancy black squid juice stuff that was awful. You think when the description does not tell you that you're ordering something totally weird, that the waitress might have said - by the way I just want you to know that this pasta is black squid juice pasta. Nope. No explanation. And the two big prawns were so mushy they were awful. My friend just wanted spaghetti (she doesn't eat any seafood) and so was going to order what I had ordered, but asked the waitress if it could come without the prawns because she didn't like seafood. The waitress told her, oh no, you wouldn't like that dish because the pasta will still have a seafood taste. So I'll just bring you regular spaghetti (not on the menu anywhere we saw). So at least she got normal spaghetti/pasta. You think at that point the waitress might have clarified that my spaghetti was not going to be normal spaghetti. Honestly it was a terrible meal in terrible surroundings and we couldn't get out of there fast enough.
Unfortunately, we had a new waiter who was fine for serving alcohol and appetizers...though that took an hour After that, we lost him completely. We never received our entrees. At 2 hours later we had to leave for a show. Extremely disappointing for us. But I think it has potential if the manager can get better trained staff on the floor.
We had a 5:45pm reso to ensure we made our 8:00 concert. The meal service was very slow which in the end meant we had to cancel our main course and hustle to our concert. Our server was an absolute gem (women, dark hair) - you could tell the kitchen tripped her up. We had a couple apps and pasts, both were great. I would give this restaurant another go, I truly believe it was just an off night.
We came to Manzo for date night during a recent trip to Vegas. We had a fantastic time. The wine, the food, the service (Hey, Lisa!). We had Lisa choose wine pairings for our first courses and she nailed it. Who knew I'd like Lambrusco? Pair it with the prosciutto appetizer and you are in for a real treat. We would absolutely come here again.
Excellent food and phenomenal service. Highly recommend Manzo. The 16oz NY strip was out of this world.
WAITER WAS RUDE, MANAGER WAS RUDE AND SERVICE HORRIBLE.
Everything about our meal was perfect! From the impeccable service to exquisite drink menu to expertly prepared food. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Appetizers and Second Course were great. We ordered NY Strip and it was tough - sinewy. Disappointed, considering the price
Good food and wine...Pleasant and knowledgable servers. Place is a bit loud. They need to change the background music: energetic pop for classy Italian food?
While the food was very good, the wait staff was literally running around the restaurant, rushing customers to leave so they could seat incoming customers. Very distracting!
Very unpleasant! I spoke to the maitre’d who said they needed to rush so they could seat more people before the Lady Gaga concert. Not Acceptable!
Was late 15 mins to reservation and they made us wait because they gave our table away. Food was great, wine paired perfect. Of the charts steaks.
Personal attention from the sommelier; delicious food in a great new setting. Very impressed
It was a one off dining experience. I've eaten there, but it wasn't compelling enough to return. Very expensive food, decor was nothing to write home about and it was very noisy.
We have been to Eataly in Milan and Trieste and were delighted to stumble upon this one in Las Vegas. After scanning the menu at Manzo, we cancelled our reservation at a restaurant that we always go to and made one for Manzo. We are very happy we did- it was an extraordinary evening!
Luccio has his staff working like a symphony. Courtney was engaging and very helpful with our dinner decisions and Mark never steered us wrong in our wine and digestif choices
We relaxed with an aperitif of Prosecco whilst we poured over the menu- it was tough deciding but Courtney our server was wonderful
We began with the Polpo alla Piastra. The octopus was succulent- some of the best we have ever eaten! The beans and salsa were delicious and inventive
Our next course was the Critarra al Nero di Seppia. The Spanish red prawns were perfectly cooked as was the squid ink pasta. A feast from the sea
For our last course we settled on the special of the day - Wagu beef - perfectly done to our specifications- rare and charred- wonderful!
We finished with a wonderful flight of Amaro that Mark had chosen
We look forward to sampling some of the other menu items that we missed the first time
Overall great ambiance, good food and excellent service
Was celebrating our wedding anniversary and really nailed it
Excellent overall dining experience, but at a high price. The excellent restaurant is just a small part of the larger spectacular Eataly store.
The food was great but our waitress really made the experience. She had silver hair and was truly outstanding - will definitely back next time we are in Vegas!
We really enjoyed our dinner,we will go back for sure next trip to Las Vegas.
Great service, food remarkable. Recommend unconditionally. Enjoy!
The food was amazing! The experience was great. We had the smoked ribeye. I cannot day enough positive about it. We did all three courses and each was incredible. The staff did an excellent job of wine pairings with our entrees as well. The only complaint would be the lack of iced tea.
Awesome food! One of the best steaks we’ve ever eaten. Great cocktails. Amazing service. Go here!!
Delicious taste of Italy on the Vegas Strip. The Prosciutto e Gnocco Fritto was an amazing way to start dinner. Both the Agnello (lamb chops) and Vitello (veal chop) were prepared perfectly. The service was friendly and the food came out without feeling rushed. Overall a fantastic meal.
Food was very good to excellent. The service was hurried, asked to hold on putting in main course until finished appetizer. Needless to say meal showed as wife was finishing. Sent it back and told server and was told it will be held until we are ready, again within 5 min back with the main. Sent it back again and told server to hold the order until we tell her we are ready, wanted to digest our appetizers, talk and drink more wine and in other words enjoy the meal vs being rushed. The place is small and they try to use every square inch with tables so servers were getting in each others way trying to serve. Again the food is excellent and worth it but they still need to work some bugs out and use the pace of the customers for service vs the pace of desired table turnover.
The food was delicious. The first half of our order came out promptly but the second half came out about an hour after we ordered. :/ The service was attentive but slow. The restaurant is decorated nicely but really really really loud and echoey. It actually took our experience down a notch. I would recommend it for good food for groups where they don’t mind yelling.
They tricked us. When we set down, they gave us a plate of Fagioli and told us it’s on the house, but they ended up charging us $13 for it. I should have checked our bill before we paid, but we had 2 bottles of wine and was not thinking straight. Manzo pulled the age-old trick on us and took advantage of us knowing we are a bit intoxicated. I have warned all my friends and clients in the Vegas area about it.
Manzo has only been open for approx 9 weeks. Service was very good, food was very good (prefer Bazaar). Noise level unbearable for normal conversation. Enjoyed our meal but probably would not return, but worth the visit.
Great Food, The steak are the best on the strip very flavorful is like butter, the ambience is between casual and fine dining amazing selection of Amari from Italy great wine list is the perfect place to go with friends or family’s, Yes is a little bit price this is MGM so nothing new but is worth every penny. Thank you the The Manager David and the serve Lissa for the great Night.
Absolutely amazing. The ribeye steak was beyond fantastic. My mouth is watering now just hours later.
First time here and we were very impressed. We had been to the Eatley in Genoa, Italy 2 years ago and had high expectations. Though featured as a steakhouse/grilled meats, we had sides and pasta. Both our dishes, a veal/pork ravioli and a tagliatelle I think were exquisite. If you're there for the steaks though, bring your wallet - some steaks are well over $150. Wine list was top notch.
Server was a delight, manager came over to check on things and chat, and for our last special night in Vegas, we couldn't have more pleased.
I truly enjoyed the rabbit ravioli. The service was exceptional. I went early (5 pm) to beat the crowd. I shall definitely dine there next time I am in Las Vegas.
The 42 oz rib eye "appesa" is absolutely mouth-watering delicious! It's the best steak I've ever had in my life. I can't wait to come back!
One of the best meals we’ve ever had from beginning to end not one bad thing to say. We will definitely be going back!
The signature tomahawk steak is the perfect choice for
And the burrata caprese with smoked tomatoes and pesto puree
Amazing! We loved every bite and ate as much as we could! The menu did not disappoint, and service was exceptional.
Service, food, ambiance were all outstanding. They made it a very special birthday.
Food was well-prepared and service was attentive. Menu was somewhat limited and there was no ability to make adjustments to the ingredients (one of our diners requested a simple oil with garlic pasta and was told it couldn’t be done). Overall, a good, but not “fantastic, best-ever” experience as some have described.
We've tried all the stalls inside Eataly Las Vegas. We decided to try the restaurants today and chose Manzo. The selection and quality of ingredients was spot on. However, the staff seemed slightly inexperience. They only came by to pour our wine for us twice the entire evening, it was mostly self service. Our wine wasn't kept on ice as it normally should be. The staff wanted to clear our appetizers while there were obviously still appetizers on the table. We caught them fidgeting to deliver our entrees to us and then brought it back inside because we didn't have our silverware. My entree was veal and it was very overcooked and too salty. The biggest saving grace really is the quality of the ingredients. Were it not for that I could not recommend this restaurant for the price you are paying. There are better alternatives.
