We had a horrible experience. We were there for 2 hours and still never received our food. We were late to our show because of the poor service. We spent over $300 for small portions and bad service. We will not be dining here again.
Overall was disappointed in this experience. Not recommended for large groups!
Servers couldn’t keep the table correct. Group of 14, asked for checks to be separated by couples. Completely messed up the whole process. We all had to separate our times and each add our own amounts to their handheld machines. Completely lost control and the calculations were off with tax and tip. Steaks are held in a nice age fridge and cooked in a cool way, but temps were inaccurate and then they are sliced which then cools these large cuts very quickly. Makes for a nice presentation but not great for actual dining. Grilled octopus was amazing. Bread was cool, warm would have been better. Steak was ok. Tender nice cut, but the char was just ok and salt was minimal. Pasta was great. Hit and miss. Eataly is awesome however.
Food is great as well as the service but the noise level was so loud I felt myself yelling just to communicate.
Our first time food and service was great. We loved the celebrity chef morimoto.
Overall Manzo was a great experience. Our server who I was believe was Kyla(I hope that’s right) was amazing from beginning to end. The food was good and the ambiance was nice.
We really like Manzo. The menu is excellent and the wine list is a ton of fun. Kyra is a great server.
The food was delicious, but we ended up with a lousy server, which kind of ruined the experience for me. She went missing a lot. Enough that we flagged down passing dining staff to get us things like another glass of wine, dishes cleared and stuff that should be normal for this price point. It's expensive and the food is outstanding, just rolling the dice on service.

The food was good and the steaks were excellent. Our server seemed to be a bit overloaded and as such the service was less than stellar. One should not have to wait and watch the server run around to 6 different tables while waiting on the drink they ordered 10 minutes ago.
Honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The pasta and steak was melt in your mouth delicious but the thing that I’ve been dreaming about since was the desserts. The chocolate mousse and the fior di latte gelato was as good if not better than anything I’ve had in Italy.

We’ve been there quite a few times because the food is amazing but they seem increasingly unable to staff appropriately as wait times for service are exceptionally long and we’ve watched as multiple tables walked out over the past couple trips. Although the food is worth the wait...
The menu was amazing but the kitchen did not realize the potential. Our server was awesome. We had an 815 reservation and arrived at 805, even tho there were visabilly open tables we had to wait until 815, not even offered a place at the bar.
The service we received was 10 star worthy! It made our entire experience more enjoyable and the food was over-the-top delicious!

It was nice to be within Eataly yet in a more private setting. Everything was very good - the menu is unique, service was great, wine list was fairly priced and the we really enjoyed the overall experience.
It's not 5th and 24th but it's the next best thing. Food market stalls, city ambiance...and the sit down dinner at Manzo captured the essence without having to fight for a table.
Too noisy, small tables, food was average. Better off eating in the food court, much better food.
We really liked Manzo - but it is expensive. $30 glasses of wine are a bit hard to take. We shared one appetizer, one pasta, one entree and a vegetable. We had 5 total glass of wine and were up around $350.
Great spot to indulge in fresh Italian foods and fire-smoked steaks. Mark the sommelier was spot on with his wine recommendation and Courtney and the staff were friendly and attentive all evening. They’ll even make you an affogato if you ask nicely (not on the menu). We will definitely be back.

I love a good steak and am willing to pay for it, which doesn't necessarily mean it has to age 90 days. Quite frankly, I have had better steaks, for a quarter of the price. My wife found her filet to be bland. We both found the baked potato to be a bit bland as well. Service was good, she was friendly and attentive.
We had the special dinner for two. They did not have black truffles that came with meal so we paid extra for white truffles. They were the worst truffles we have ever had. They had no flavor and added nothing to the meal. The short ribs were good as was the potato but the mushrooms over powered the rest of the food. The wine that came with the meal was very good
Service was lack luster. No attention was give. During the meal. We had Advised the restaurant that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary but no mention of the important day was made. Not even a congratulations

Our waitress was excellent as was Mark Wirtala. Very nice experience. This was our second time and we would definitely go again.
If you want HORRIBLE service and cold food then I recommend this place. The waitress was more interested in talking to friends and texting then she was her customers, it was so bad the Manager had to finally come and take our order. Save yourself the time and money!
We love the one in NYC but this is just associated. I ordered 2 items that had black truffle on it and it had no flavor of truffle. It was very bland. My wife ordered a stuffed pasta dish and it was good and that is the only reason I rated it as high.
Shout out to Courtney, our server, who made the experience with phenomenal service and great recommendations. Thoroughly enjoyable in every aspect, can’t recommend enough.
I am 100% positive I was inadvertently served psychedelic mushrooms in the mushroom pasta dish I ate.
I had one drink at dinner and no other substances. I ordered the mushrooms y fungi and ended up almost in the ER I was tripping so hard an hour after eating this dish.
I know this seems outlandish but there is no other explanation as to what happened to me. I have looked it up and this phenomenon has happened to other people (not at this restaurant).

The food was well prepared, excellent steak, great menu, food quality is impressive. The service was terrible, was never offered another glass of wine, server was un-attentive and not timely. Service was below what you would experience at Denny's.
New Years Eve
This was our second time here. The first time was outstanding, this time for NYE was disappointing. We had the 6 month aged Rib Eye and was not happy with the meat at all. It was there whole duck that brought us back, but was not on the menu this time. Brocolini was not as good this time and they forgot the mushrooms until we reminded the waiter.
