   Amazingly tasty food and very friendly service. We'll definitely be back the next time we're down in the Oliver/Osoyoos area.

   We have dined here many times over the years and it improves every year. Tonight we were served by Bev who was a delight! She suggested the cauliflower & jackfruit appy which was a crispy light snack. Our favourite Butter Chicken was exceptional as the chicken was very tender and the sauce spicy enough for most and an order of a light, thin garlic naan bread. Delicious! Cheers to the chef!!!

   The preparation of baked paneer and mixed vegetable was substandard.The baked paneer was not cooked properly just served like a raw paneer. The menu was not matching with the menu showcase in the website.

   We appreciate the opportunity to offer some clarity. Manzil reopened on April 17, and during our soft launch phase, we were still refining our menu. We intentionally did not publish the menu online. However, we did ensure the most up-to-date version was posted outside the restaurant so that guests could review it before dining. Regarding your note on the baked paneer: we bake the paneer but are careful not to overcook it, as our goal is to retain its natural softness and delicate texture. While it may appear soft, it is always fully cooked before plating. We care deeply about the quality and authenticity of our food and always aim to create an experience that reflects this. We hope to welcome you back for a visit that better captures the spirit of our restaurant.

   We loved our meals. The flavours were amazing. Best naan bread, fresh and warm. Will definitely be back!

   Beautifully prepared food. The chef was very artistic in his/her presentation. The waitress was friendly but all the staff lacked the knowledge of the food and wine. We did the 8 course meal paired with wine which was nice and would have been perfect if the service was better.

   The food portions are just right. We had an appetizer to share and two main dishes. Wine is one of our favorites.

   We found it was quite expensive for a very small portion. The food itself was pretty good, but not exceptional. The indoor decor was lacking, although the chairs were a nice touch. The view of course was amazing. I was also disappointed when I had requested in the reservation that a candle be put in our dessert to celebrate my husband’s birthday, but that was not done. I would not have ordered a dessert otherwise. Disappointing. Service was also not great. One dish came without a serving spoon (something very saucy which would have been impossible to plate using a fork and knife). Dirty appetizer dishes were not removed for new dishes right away. And of course notes were not reviewed about it being my husband’s birthday. (No birthday wishes) They were nice enough, but didn’t seem to have much serving experience. Generally, we were not particularly impressed with this experience.

    The food and service was very good. However I found the room to be too noisy. A bit of sound baffling would improve things immensely.
