   The service and food were outstanding. I have many food allergies and the chef completely accommodated my needs and make a very flavorful dish. The customer service was amazing. A great place for a fun romantic evening!

   What a delightful evening my husband and I had….food was good, but it was the wait staff who made it an experience! Our welcome by the host, a seasonal worker from Italy, was so warm and friendly. Krista has to be the best server in the area! Her recommendations and service were spot on, including steak and salmon prepared perfectly. We’ll be back next time we visit the area!

   This was not to the ritz standard. The waiter was absent and non responsive. We see our waiter arguing and yelling at other employees right in front of our table. We waited 30 minutes to order wine after requesting a wine list, another 30 minutes later we finally flagged down another waiter to get our wine. A third person came by to tell us the wine was no longer available do we want something else? As our food arrived we decided we were not interested in “pounding” our wine so we declined. As we were eating another waiter dropped a tray with glass that shards hit our legs. Luckily we were not cut. This person did not apologize and laughed at the situation. Really disappointing experience. Do not waste your time, this place is a mess.

   We were a party of 4 and each ordered a different entree. The food was absolutely delicious - we had steelhead trout, a 16oz pork chop, scallops and a ribeye steak in a Demi-Glace sauce. The mojitos were made with mint organically grown right outside our window! My friend loved her Cosmo as well! The crowning touch was a flaming s’mores dessert with amazing burnt marshmallow ice cream! Yum!!! Service was outstanding as well! All in all, a great evening!

   Beautiful surroundings. Wait staff very nice, and helpful. Food is good, but could be great with a few tweaks.

   A beautiful spot to celebrate our anniversary. The staff is outstanding and the presentation and food were just perfectly done with great timing and lovely considerate touches.

    We are homeowners in Northstar and have been coming to the Ritz for dining for years. It is a beautiful restaurant with excellent food and service. Our dinner last night was delicious but the mountain ambiance was ruined by the barking dog at a nearby table. We are dog-friendly people and know the Ritz is too but to allow a dog to bark during the entire 1+ hours of our dinner is unacceptable. Also, please bring back the Paella!
