   A real pleasure to sit down and eat at Manresa. The menu and pacing was very exciting and always inspirational. The wine pairing was perfect and taught me a lot about taste.

   The food here is superb, playful and very interesting. Service, while attentive when a server is present, there were long periods when we felt ever so slightly forgotten, most notably when we were first seated. That said, I would not hesitate to come back. It is also a notch more expensive than last year, maybe because they have eliminated 2 different choices in wine pairings.

   This without a doubt the best restaurant in the Bay Area. This was the fourth time we have been to Manresa and it just keeps getting better and better. Chef David Kinch keeps coming up with fantastic dishes that are amazing. The price is high, but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend as a special occasion place!

   Absolutely the best food, service, and ambiance. As foodies and regular high end restaurant visitors for over 20 years, Manresa is the best food and service experience we have had. It did not feel pretentious, or too stuffy, the staff were warm and friendly without losing utmost professionalism and the food-a culinary delight.

   They were great in handling special food restrictions. They also made a special effort to recognize our 47th Wedding Anniversary.

   No matter how many time I've gone to Manresa, every dining experience has been different. Chef Kinch and his staff create dishes that are innovative, artistically-presented, and absolutely delicious. What I particularly like is how they use ingredients to create flavors that are beyond the flavors of the ingredients. The staff explain the dishes, and the wine pairing (if you choose it) very well, and I have learned a lot just hearing the description of the food and preparation. I've dined at other Michelin-starred restaurants, and Manresa is by far my favorite.

   The tasting menu was amazing. I really loved the winter tidal pools, into the garden, the savory blood orange beignet, and abalone and tapioca. The service was amazing and my server gave an amazing introduction of each dish. The only negative feedback I have was that though the macaron flavor was the best I ever had, I personally was not a fan of the really tough texture that it had. I'm more used to a more brittle macaron than a really tough one.

   We took friends there for our Christmas gift to them. It was tremendous- a fabulous memory that will last for a long long time. We started with the best cocktails, some new and the best version of standards. It just kept getting better. We appreciated being able to split the wine pairing. It was great to have so many different courses. We got to taste a bevy of special flavors. That tidal pool. That salad. I have a menu and lovely photos and memories!

    This is a stunning food experience to be shared! We loved the amazing food, the exquisite service, and the joy of trying all manner of carefully curated dishes that we would never otherwise have imagined. We did not regret ordering the wine/beverage pairing--it was a wondrous time. Don't pass up the opportunity to experience this joy-inducing foodie rapture!
