Food was good, not spectacular, not really worth how much you’re paying for it.

We tried the omakase where you get 15 different small portions of various menu items. The meat was delicious it just melted in your mouth. We had a great night!

Great as always. I won’t penalize them for the noisy family next to us with kids pounding on the table.

Brilliant. High quality steak prepared in often novel and delicious ways. Perhaps the most enjoyable meal I have had in LA this year. Wow.

Came here for my birthday dinner. Every cut of meat is to die for. The salad is amazing. You are going to LOVE this place. I went to both the one on 3rd and on Sawtelle. Consistent across both

The thing that really impress me was the garlic rice, it enhanced the beef. The beef itself was top notch. Service is great 👍🏻

Excellent service. They have Kobe and wagyu both excellent but obviously pricey. Kobe is only worth it if you get it in the tasting menu otherwise the Wagyu is the way to go for the “value splurge”. Tasting menu is good if you want to try the variety of cuts but really has a lot of extra items that fill you up instead. To be honest though with the quality of meat being high there’s no need to explore the variety of cuts since all cuts taste the same at that point. Go with the cheapest cut of wagyu and fill up on that. Tasting menus are OK if you can’t decide otherwise not that great of a deal. Seafood is good but nothing special very generic. The short rib dipped in raw egg yolk is to die for. Stay away from the miso marinated as it masks the flavor of the meat and is way too strong. Tongue is excellent and will change your mind if you’re opposed to tongue. Ice cream dessert was not worth it and just a mash up of too many flavors.
