Manor Hill Tavern occupies the historic Taylor’s Row in Old Ellicott City. Our bar and dining areas feature original architectural elements such as exposed stone walls, barn doors, and vaulted ceilings. Local artwork hangs throughout the Tavern’s many rooms and a mural adorns a main wall, a nod to the eclectic and vibrant artistic community of Old Ellicott City. The result is a unique and memorable atmosphere unlike any other.

Our Head Chef strives to use seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible, including herbs and vegetables from our farm. Our distinctive menu is highlighted by a custom-built brick oven for neopolitan-style pizzas and more. We serve lunch and dinner 7 days a week, as well as brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

We proudly serve beers from Manor Hill Brewing, Howard County’s first farm brewery. Manor Hill beers are hand-made on our farm using original and unique recipes. The result is aromatic, hop forward farmhouse style beers.

Went to brunch here recently with a group 8. Food was delicious, cocktails were good, and service was excellent! Can't remember our server's name unfortunately(started with an S), but she was so friendly and nice. And the entire vibe of the place is so cozy. Glad I found this place, and would definitely consider coming back here in the future.

We were promptly greeted, ordered and served our lunch. Food was well presented. The tavern's beers were excellent. The old bay fries were slightly over-seasoned. Service was friendly and efficient. We were very satisfied.

What a great place! I’ve lived in the area for almost 13 years and this was my first visit… shame on me. The staff was lovely and the food was delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu. I know they have great beer, but decided to try the blooded Mary (they put a slice of cold pizza in it and it was surprisingly yummy) and it did not disappoint. Their mix was excellent!

First time at Manir Hill Tabern! And highly recommend! Fresh delicious food! Served quickly even with a full house on Mother’s Day! Friendly staff! A hidden gem!

We enjoyed our Mother’s Day dinner here. The servers were very attentive and the food was good. We both had burgers so nothing that special. Overall a good experience and we will definitely go back.
