Manor Hill Tavern occupies the historic Taylor’s Row in Old Ellicott City. Our bar and dining areas feature original architectural elements such as exposed stone walls, barn doors, and vaulted ceilings. Local artwork hangs throughout the Tavern’s many rooms and a mural adorns a main wall, a nod to the eclectic and vibrant artistic community of Old Ellicott City. The result is a unique and memorable atmosphere unlike any other.

Our Head Chef strives to use seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible, including herbs and vegetables from our farm. Our distinctive menu is highlighted by a custom-built brick oven for neopolitan-style pizzas and more. We serve lunch and dinner 7 days a week, as well as brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

We proudly serve beers from Manor Hill Brewing, Howard County’s first farm brewery. Manor Hill beers are hand-made on our farm using original and unique recipes. The result is aromatic, hop forward farmhouse style beers.

Manor Hill has been our "go-to" for a long time. And this past experience did not disappoint. Food was wonderful- generous servings. Wait staff was polite, attentive and efficient. Manager came to our table and said hello- checked on us.
It was a true dining pleasure. We will be back again very soon!

The Maryland state fair was amazing. The crab dip ah so good. My friend said the chicken sandwich was the best they’ve ever had!

They did a great job through the current climate. Staff was cautious but warm & welcoming. Food was incredible, drinks were amazing, ambiance was outstanding. If you're looking to ease back into some normalcy & enjoy a meal out, I highly recommend Manor Hill Tavern.

We come here regularly but we’re very happy to see them open tonight so we could Celebrate our 5 year anniversary. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Food and cocktails were spectacular as usual. A favorite spot of ours!

I was not sure what to expect, being the first day restaurants could reopen for sit down dining. We made reservations early, expecting big crowds on a Saturday afternoon.
The staff greeted us and went through the procedures that they had in place and then escorted us to our table. The tables were well spaced. Service was excellent and the food was very good. We were the only diners for the first hour of our visit which felt a bit strange, but I guess not for the times. By the time we left all of the tables (six if I recall correctly) were filled. Overall a very good first experience, for these uncertain times.
I would recommend this restaurant for casual dining.

Service was great, the tables were spread out, even put the awning down to keep the sun out of her face, the wings were pretty good, the only thing it was a little pricey!

The food was very good. I was a bit disappointed by the Manor Hill beer selection since there were a lot of IPAs so I ordered a beer from another brewery, which was delicious.

Very meh. We knew it was a pizza, burger and beer place - but we’re disappointed in the tone-deaf service. Our $13 cocktails took 20 minutes to arrive and the ice had watered them down to undrinkable. (Never order cocktails at a brewery). When our entrees arrived 2 minutes after our starters, the server tried to take the starters away - that were nearly uneaten as yet. Nothing about the experience said, “let’s come back”. One and done I’m sorry to say.

A little too noisy by the front window and what looked like a pizza kitchenette. Lots of traffic. I wouldn’t seat someone there unless restaurant was full. I don’t think it was.

Ate at Manor Hill Tavern on Valentine's day. Ordered a crab cake sandwich. It tasted fishy and appeared to be mass produced. Slow service.

My lamb chop and risotto was phenomenal, although it was a special on Valentine's Day. I was 100% completely happy with my entree, which our server recommended. The regular menu appears to be mostly salad, pizza and sandwiches, so I'm not sure how I would have felt about ordering off the regular menu.

My first visit there, not my husband's though. Bird is the word was delish, lots of yummy flavors piled high on a lightly toasted bun. Lots of recommendations to try it so we did. The fries came in their own cute little MHT brown bag, what an adorable presentation. I tried the bacon ones, what's not to love about bacon and my husband had the regular. We both enjoyed. I also had the mushroom broccoli cream soup, almost the last cup left. It was delish, hit the spot on a rainy evening dinner date. Our waiter was fabulous and attentive. We'll be back.

It was nice to find a good place Ellicott City. It is a great location and service was excellent. I gave 4 stars for the food because there was a lot of sweetness in even the savory dishes that I didn't care for. The fried green tomato tower didn't have any sweetness and I loved it. I would go back.

This was our second visit. Food was great overall. There was a hiccup with my husband’s order where the menu name didn’t match what he was served. Then it turned out what was on the menu didn’t exist. However the staff made it right very quickly and all was well. Definitely a place for a repeat visit.

DInner at Manor Hill was amazing. We started with a Margherita pizza and a State Fair funnel cake with crab dip to split with the group for appetizers. Both were outstanding. 5 of 6 of us got the fried chicken sandwich and it was to die for. Absolutely amazingly perfect sandwich! One person loved the pizza app so much she got a butternut squash pizza for dinner and loved it. Carson was our waiter and was excellent. He was fun and very attentive, even turned the music down for us when we asked. I 100% recommend Manor HIll Tavern.
