I saw very high review on yelp so I want to have a try. But the food makes me disappointed since the taste is not really good except the fish and beef. The way they cook it is also not traditional which makes me feel weird. The service there is pretty good! Another thing is very hard to find a parking space! But I think it’s normal for restaurant around beach

I’ve had some great experiences with food and service in the past I will not return after my last experience. The waitress was very passive aggressive and dismissive. She had a fake smile, cold vibe, and a poorly disguised diva attitude. I felt like I was serving her. She had a hard time understanding that we wanted to wait on the ice cream until after the overpriced dumplings. I don’t know why things coming out whenever they are ready is my problem when I’m ordering a 100 dollar brunch but she made sure to let us know that she was doing us a huge favor by honoring our request. Eventually, she did what needed to be done. The music was obnoxiously loud.

Came for the 39 dollar dinner set menu. Food was splendid: got the chicken thigh, skirt steak, scallops, and Thai shrimp. The portions were also quite large too so definitely was an amazing deal. We also got the biscuits which were awesome but only had two for six dollars. Finished off with the ricotta soft serve which was the perfect ending. Would love to come back again

Our waitress Rachel was really the best. Checked on us and our food and drinks every now and then. All of her suggestions was right on. The one and only order that we didnt like, she took back and removed it from our bill without us asking and she gave us free dessert that was outstanding.

Service was slower. Some of the food was unbelievably good and some good but not great. Overall, still one of my favorite restaurants of all time.

We tried the Dine LA menu and it was a lot of food for 2 people, great value! We enjoyed almost all of the dishes but at one point we had 6 dishes (out of 8) served right on top of each other (after a long stretch of waiting) which made us feel we had to eat fast to make room. Perhaps they can work on timing a bit.

The wait staff was very informed and did a good job on suggestions. The bus staff while bringing out dishes was hit or miss on clearing dishes off our table which was a disappointment (especially when a person is full).

Despite these issues we are more than happy to give it another try after the Dine LA ends to compare!

Great location and close to the beach. The menu seemed underwhelming at first, as the selection was minimal and doesn't seem exciting. However, once you get the food on the table, the flavors were great and the dishes were very well executed. I thought "fried chicken? boring." But the chicken had perfect crisp and the inside was juicy and tender. Most of all, the flavor was perfect throughout each bite. Always loved MB Post and this was another reminder of why it's my go-to place in Manhattan beach.

MB post is good, it is just really loud. Better with a group of old friends than for a first date.

We were late so we sat at the communal table. The food was all wonderful and I loved the spicy margarita.

Great example of turning a negative into a positive. We got seated 30 minutes after our reservation - (not their fault, a few parties camped out well, well after the check was presented). The staff kept us apprised of the situation, apologized for the situation, comped some food, and did in no way rush us to catch up on their schedule. The hostess, manager, and server were all accommodating - way different than other places where you are made to feel that your reservation time is merely a suggestion. Food was great as always - had the pleasure of introducing folks new to Post - and we'll all be back for sure.
