Manglar is born from the need to transfer our knowledge and gastronomic ideals. For several years we began to understand that the main pillar of good health is good nutrition. We believe that our food directly and very influentially affects our well-being. On the other hand, we have understood that by choosing what we eat, we can affect our natural environment in a positive or negative way.
For several years we have adopted, researched and studied the different diets and habits of healthy eating. From the most conventional to the most particular, we have been able to analyze the virtues and nutritional deficiencies of each one. Our conclusion is quite clear.
