The food was delicious and our waiter, Calvin very attentive. The noise level prohibited good conversation for some of party.
Also, even though the dress code stated business casual some diners appeared in sweatshirts, sweat pants or t-shirts. That took away from the atmosphere.
Amazing food good service and great atmosphere very convenient if you’re staying in the hotel! Chefs are doing gods work here

had a reservation for weeks and still seated at barstools, <1ft away from a noisy party- even though there were dozens of empty tables. all staff was new. 250$ Bill for 2. Not worth it
Our server Sara was terrific! She was kind, knowledgeable and really made us feel welcome I’m the restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Service was not there. We had to ask to have water refills four times. Had to ask for extra cocktail. The clincher was when we an after dinner drink we were told they could not get it because bartender was eating her dinner.
We had a nice time at Mancy’s. The food was quiet good although during a holiday week there were no specials offered. Our staff were helpful and polite but twice we did not have silverware and were quiet delayed with our drink order both times (we likely would have ordered a third drink but were not offered that opportunity).

OMG. First of all, the Hancock Hotel (and Mancy’s) is decorated for the holidays so beautifully, it’s a must see. Second, you can’t beat the atmosphere of Mancy’s and the food is wonderful!
Most in my party had the filet which is so tender you can cut with a butter knife. Several of us had the salmon, which was delicious. And several had the rib-eye.
Highly recommend Mancy’s in Findlay!

Service was very poor. Server was very inattentive. Manager knew we were upset, because another server took our credit card to her to pay our bill because our server never came with it, and the manager didn’t even ask what the issue was. This is not the first service issue we’ve had at Mancy’s at the Hancock Hotel.
I had made reservations at the end of November for Christmas Eve, through open table. On Christmas Eve, approximately 3 hrs before my reservation at 1:45 the restaurant called to tell me they closed at 2:00 and that if I came (with my party of 7) at my reserved time that I wouldn’t be able to put food orders in after 2:00, so I was given the option to cancel or come at an earlier time. We chose the earlier time and rushed to make it over there as we had no other options and planned this over a month ago. When we arrived we realized we were part of the lunch seating, and was not notified we wouldn’t have the option of choosing from the dinner menu. Although new, the waitress was accommodating, but we did feel the pressure of getting out by 2:00. Desert was offered prior to finishing our meals and the check was also presented while we were eating. Upon leaving the door was shut behind us with another staff member stating “we will open again at 4:00”. (Unaware there were two seatings that night) This is the second time we have had a disappointing experience at this location. It’s unfortunate as we do enjoy the food, and look forward to a nice experience on Christmas Eve.

Four of us came for breakfast everything was wonderful we had a great time. We will definitely be back we had so much fun!!
Food was excellent and our waiter was great. The valet guy lost our car key and we had to wait 2 hours for our son to bring a spare key from Ottawa. If key is not found soon we will purchase another and give you the bill.
I also feel we should get a gift card or reimbursement of our dinner bill for the inconvenience.

It was a very nice experience. Was seated in the bar area without being asked. Not ideal, but the food was good.
This was a very nice night out. Although the steaks didn't have as nice a flavor as expected, everything else was delicious and the sevice was great.
Perfect restaurant to celebrate an anniversary. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Our steaks were excellent and the atmosphere was very romantic and beautiful. It is my favorite restaurant in Findlay in terms of quality of food and atmosphere.
Reserved table for 12 noon to have lunch, however I was unaware that only breakfast bar is available on Saturday and it ends at noon. It is unfortunate that the system accepted a noon reservation on a day when it was not available.
Food quality was very poor, particularly the prime rib. The food was not the quality we have experienced from this restaurant previously. The ambiance was poor

Great experience. My appetizer, and salad was amazing. My husband loved his steak and side. I wasn’t a huge fan of my entrée, but I should have gotten a steak like I wanted to. My mistake not theirs. Overall a great time. We will definitely be returning.
A little pricey, but man oh man was the food spectacular. Definitely recommend the French Onion soup

Everything was great except for one thing. On the reservation there was an occasion choice. I put down anniversary. I also wrote in the special note box that we were celebrating our 35 Wedding Anniversary. Although the food and service were great, no mention was made of our anniversary. No congratulations, no nothing. If you’re going to ask if this is a special occasion then that should be passed on to the wait staff. I didn’t expect a sombrero or singing, but a subtle acknowledgment and I would have given you five stars.
