   Mother’s Day Prime Rib was tough. Pork Loin slices were tough & my mother was unable to chew them. Very disappointed! When we ate at Mancy’s last September, it was delicious. Won’t return anytime soon.

   Great experience! Perfect temp on the NY strip. Scallops were amazing. When I go back, only thing I would do differently is ask for lighter seasoning on the steak. They use a mild seasoned salt (I think) and I’d prefer just a bit less of it…. but I have a very sensitive palate for some seasonings.

   Mancy's had a great atmosphere! It was a perfect place to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. Our server was very professional and knowledgeable. The appetizer, our entrées and deserts were excellent.

    It was an overall great brunch! Jasmine was an amazing server, she accommodated all our special requests to make it a wonderful birthday celebration. Buffet was yummy and at the correct temperature. Empty chafing dishes were quickly filled. Coffee was piping hot. A great experience - thank you!

    Visiting an old friend from out of town, we had made our reservation 2 or 3 weeks before, and they sat us in the bar - a very noisy bar--- without asking. How does this happen? We asked for and were eventually provided a table in the dining room. After that, the martinis and steaks were very good, and the service was top notch. Never seat people in the bar without asking. It gets everything off on the wrong foot.

    We had dinner at Mancy's to celebrate a birthday. Perfect choice. The service was outstanding. Steaks were tender and delicious. Salad was crisp and tasty, served in a chilled bowl. Nice, quiet table to enjoy the food and conversation. We had a great time. Six thumbs up.

    Great place - if not THE best dining spot for steaks and a finer dining experience. The French Onion soup is on the sweeter side, but super tasty, and that cheese - oh boy - more flex than your best pizza! The New York strip was very good and lobster was cooked perfectly. I do not drink so the “mocktail” was also good, though on the pricier side. The best was the service - thanks to Kelvin who made the experience more enjoyable.

    The visit was fine and the food as wonderfully flavorful as ever. However, the reservation process needs work. I originally scheduled this for 5 people, but then called to add two people. This was confirmed by the restaurant verbally. Due to a poor scheduling experience at Christmas, I called to confirm. The manager essentially said the person who changed the reservation did not have authority to do so, but since it was a slow night, he would approve. I get the need for policies, but the patron does not care about their internal policies. And at this price point, they should be trying to delight their customers, not annoy them prior to arrival. They need to get their scheduling act together.

    Salmon was outstanding as always. The steak ordered was medium rare but was so hot when delivered to the table it cooked itself to well done. Service was impeccable. Steak quality as to cooking, was less than stellar.

    Food and the experience were fine but the drinks in particular were unbelievably expensive. Like NYC pricing, not small town Ohio. They charge for the alcohol and separately for the mixing which they call food. I almost called the waitress over to say I ordered no food, until I realized it was the olives in my Martini - over a dollar each.

    Top notch. Every aspect rates 5 stars. Multiple visits, and never disappointed. Only problem: if it's a special occasion, make sure reservations are made as soon as possible. Sometimes things are very tight getting in at the last minute.

    Really good food and a nice atmosphere for me and the lady to enjoy Valentine’s Day. Service could have been better as our waiter forgot about getting us some little things (bread, water refills) and I had to remind him. Might have overlooked us because we are young… not sure. Overall great experience!

    After making a making a reservation 2+ weeks in advance we were sat at a table right by the entrance and bar area so people were constantly passing close to our table. Crazy as the restaurant was only 1/2 full. Food and service was fine.

    My wife and I came for valentines dinner, the food was delicious and plentiful. Crab stuffed mushrooms are a must order! French onion soup was great as well as my steak and lobster tail, I’ve been to Mancy’s steakhouse in Toledo, and was unsure how the hotel restaurant version would be but it holds its own! Would 100% recommend
