We decided to give it a try have been to Mancy's steak many times and definitely prefer Mancy's Steakhouse the server was a little so so, enjoyed our meal and it was a good change going to give your other restaurants to try after we go back to Mancy's steak of course

Food was lukewarm. Chicken parmesan - chicken was not fully cooked. Spaghetti was overdone. Carbonara - had very few peas, pancetta was in chunks and sauce was not creamy but more like glue. Have had better chicken parmesan and carbonara at other places. Minestrone soup was mostly onions and celery with little beans and other vegetables. House salad was good. This was for a birthday dinner and will certainly not return. Could have gotten better food elsewhere with a lot less cost. This was on a Saturday evening and the place had many empty tables and did not appear to have any wait. Will not be back.

Service was great. Ordered a New York strip med rare came out well done. The stake was returned and a new one brought back which was cooked much better. We eat at your Idea restaurant and enjoy the price and food much better.

Chicken parmasean was good and plenty of it. Angel hair pasta was mushy. Way overcooked. Salad dressing was wrong on wife's salad. Her chicken Alfredo chicken was dry. Shrimp cocktail was perfect. Service was good. This is Mancy's and I was expecting perfection. You pay for it.

All 3 of us had a great meal. My husband said it was some of the best tuna he has had. My son had ravioli & he scraped the bowl clean. I had the filet, cooked a perfect medium as ordered and the flavor was absolutely wonderful! We can’t wait to go back

Pasta Diavolo was outstanding! The sauce was spicy, but not too hot. The 4? shrimp were large, perfectly cooked, and had wonderful flavor. Would definitely recommend! Lasagna roll-ups also quite good. Love the House salad. I wouldn't get the Formaggio Antipasti again....even this butter lover thought the crusty bread was way too grease laden.

Mancy's Italian Grill has changed. It had been a couple of years since we dined inside. The quality of the food is not as high as it was a few years ago. The lamb chops my husband ordered were actually lamb shank, and inedible. So, he ordered something else. The server swapped the meals at no charge, which was good. For a Saturday evening, the restaurant was understaffed. Food orders were backed up. Servers had too many tables. This meant over an hour wait to receive salad and bread. There are other Italian restaurants in the area which are more consistent in quality and service.

Absolutely wonderful meals. We knew that they would be good, didn't realize how great our meals would be. Our server, Haley was fantastic. Food presentation, taste and size was excellent. We will be back. Repeatedly.

We were in from out of town for business and turned it into a date night. We arrived early and were seated immediately, however we waited for over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Our waiter said he would be right back and was…10 more minutes later with water. We ordered our appetizer & meal when he came back just in case we had to wait again. We were served our salads, ate them and our waiter came back and told us he was grabbing our salads and would be right back. My husband told him we just ate them and we were waiting on dinner. I ordered a drink and by the time it came, I was done with dinner and ready for the check. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they were busy (but they weren’t) and our waiter was bouncing off the walls with his mind all over the place. I could t help but notice the table beside us being annoyed with same service by the same waiter. While the food the good, our night was spoiled by awful service. It would be hard to recommend or to return.

I ordered the Irish Jig dinner, which was the reason we went there. Was phenomenal. I hadn’t ever eaten Irish food. A terrific dish. In promotions, Mancy’s should be more specific Re: Bottlecap wine shop versus dining room. Some items are not available in the dining room... slightly confusing where and what time we should have been there to dine for the special.

Was so disappointed. I wanted to love it. Heard great things. Salad was ok. Needed a tad more dressing. Shrimp was huge but no flavor. Cauliflower soup was good but needed salt and pepper. Which were not on the table. Entrée s were just ok. Waitress was nice and professional but really was quite a long wait for our food. The search will continue for an amazing authentic Italian restaurant in Toledo

Claire - our waitress - was amazing! She was so professional yet personable. This was a "work" dinner and she completely saw to our every need. She absolutely made the dinner amazing, in addition to the gorgeous food of course.

The brussels sprouts appetizer and salad were great, the chicken parmesan was very good, but the pasta was room temperature and the sauce was non-descript. Our server was attentive and very personable. He made the outing memorable!

Ordered chicken piccata. Huge portion of overcooked, dry chicken breast & overcooked, mushy pasta. Ate 1/2 half of a breast and left the rest. I don't like to send food back to the kitchen because as my Father often said: "Never eat food that is prepared out of your sight when the preparer may be upset with you". Was surprised server did not ask why I did not eat it. Raspberry gellato & espresso were excellent. Looking for dessert & coffee? Go.

Our meal was less then satisfactory. The appetizers were good, but the main dishes we ordered were not worth having again. We had the Iowa Strip Steak that was burnt on the outside and fully cooked through on the inside when we ordered it Medium-Rare. The same for the filet that we ordered. Both steaks were very tough and lackluster in flavor.
