We were there to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We were extremely happy from the moment we arrived to the time we left. It was perfect! Looking forward to another visit
Food was top notch. Service was spot on. There when needed but did not intrude on conversation.
Food quality and service was lacking. Not sure it's worth returning for such an expensive meal that could be made better at home.
Really enjoyed our dining experience. The waiter was phenomenal and had vast knowledge of the wine list. The food and wine were both delicious and delivered in a timely manner.
Always very good fresh seafood. Very good and professional server. Beautiful made it great for outdoor dining.
My daughter recommended this restaurant and we were pleased.
Fresh seafood, well prepared, and served with heavy sauces.
Food was average, nothing special or memorable.
Waitress was awesome, best part of the experience.
Bread plate was dirty and 1 of the 2 forks was also dirty when removed from napkin.
Only criticism is that the service as too fast. Bad weather kept the crowd down and the entre was immed served whe dishes for appetizer were removed. We each had sea bass and it was very good. Oysters were fresh. All in all, a very nice dinner.
A delicious meal (very fresh ingredients cooked to perfection) and very helpful staff. Like the "tweaks" to the menu - for the change in seasons as well as putting new items on the menu.
The food was excellent. The service provided by our server Raquel was outstanding.
We've been to Mancy's Steak House numerous times and not once disappointed. This was our first time trying out Bluewater Grille and we were not impressed to say the least. We ordered the oyster sampler thinking it would be the same standard as the oysters we've been having at Steak House, but it wasn't. The oysters were tiny and it had lots of sandy in them, what made it worse is that the smell/odor was very strong. Even after having the salad the strong smell was still lingering in my mouth. We had notified the waitress and she said she gave us an extra one since one was small and she'll let the manager know about the smell. Not sure if she did inform the manager since no one talked to us about it afterwards. We left very disappointingly.
Even though the lights went out 4 times and we sat next to two screaming toddlers, we had a great time. The staff was calm and carried lights, service was very good in spite if storm outside.
I picked this for out-of-town guests and they seemed to enjoyed it. However, the menu was different for lunch than last year when I was there. Also, the air conditioning went out right after we arrived, so it was a bit too warm. Dinner there (for our anniversary a couple of years ago) was much better than lunch.
We truly enjoyed our first visit to Mancy's Bluewater Grille. I wanted a special dining experience for celebrating my wife's 55th birthday with our son and his fiancée, and we were very pleased with the menu, the atmosphere, and especially with the attentive service that was not obtrusive. I highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions.
Wa 7:30 reservation, we were told we would be seated closer to our reservation. (It was 7:28). After waiting until 7:40, the two hostesses decide to show us to a bar table. I did not agree to this and asked for a table in the dining room. They said nothing was available only to see four available tables so we waited an additional five minutes.
I ordered the special, monkfish over polenta. The monkfish was described by the waitress as similar to lobster. It had some type of breading and was pan fried which was not good. To make matters worse it was served on COLD polenta which was so loaded with so many spices that it tasted bitter and chalky. It was not good to say the least. Really, it was a surprise as the food is usually very good.
Our first time dining here and we were pleased - service was excellent.
Wonderful seafood and a great atmosphere. The wait staff were also amazing.
Although a bit pricey, food is spectacular and worth every penny. Very nice selection of foods. Wait staff is beyond friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. Romantic atmosphere.
Mancy's Bluewater Grille is an excellent choice for seafood and steaks. It's a bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for.
