Mancy’s Bluewater Grille offers a semi-private dining room to groups of 25 to 30 people. Semi-private dining is available for both lunch and dinner, and is based on availability at the time you make a reservation. A $50 deposit is required to reserve our semi-private room, which is refundable given a two week cancellation notice. All semi-private parties will be one check, and an applicable sales tax and an 18% gratuity will be applied to the entire bill. Mancy’s Bluewater Grille accepts reservations up to two months in advance.

The Lobster Bisque had just the right amount of bite to it and it was loaded with Lobster. The Grilled Chilean Sea Bass was grilled to a pleasing crispness on the outside, while maintaining a buttery tenderness on the inside. The Key Lime Pie was authentic and quite tasty.

Our server, John, was great - very attentive and informative. The menu was appropriately geared to seafood and very well prepared. Although we didn’t have room for dessert, it was appreciated that it wasn’t just chocolate items. The only add would be to have a fruit pie on the menu - like blueberry, raspberry, peach, cherry or apple.

We are out on the patio. The lady had just got done putting in fresh flowers :) we had the Brussels as an appetizer. It was very good. We had the maple salmon ravioli and WOW!!! SO delicious!! We also had the blackened mahi. It was good. I felt like it could have used some more sauce for some moisture to offset the sticky of the rice. But overall we will come back!

My wife ordered salmon well done. It arrived seared nicely on the outside, but still raw, and mushy on the inside. They comped us the meal, and made a fresh piece, but it didn't come out till I was finished with my meal. The excuse was that there were new people in the kitchen. I understand the current circumstances, and am willing to give that consideration, but the last time we ate at Blue Water many months ago the same thing happened with a piece of Halibut - including the new worker excuse. Before that occurrence this had been one of our go-to restaurants - since they opened. Problems with fish preparation happening twice in an up-scale restaurant that specializes in seafood leads me to believe there is a problem with their kitchen supervision and training, not just with new workers. Everything else with the visit was fine, and the staff and management were very nice and gracious.

This was an amazing experience. My youngest had just graduated from UT with his Bachelor's Degree. We were looking for a place to celebrate. I got on my Open Table app, and looked around. Found Mancy's. We'd never been there and they had availability on the day and time we wanted, we I reserved the time. It was great. They put us in a private room, our waitress Corey, was just amazing. She was attentive, but not hovering. It was great. Would definately recomment and will return!
