Food was very delicious, excellent service! very nice atmosphere will return soon.
Elegantly beautiful, “old school” Italian restaurant. Delicious cuisine. Excellent service.
Very bad food! Worst pasta I ever had.
Great food and service.
Went here as it was convenient for us. Reviews were promising. That’s as good as it got. Food was bland and tasteless. Service was incredibly slow. Took 15 minutes to get the bread to the table. Food was even slower. Will not go back and do not recommend.
Mancuso's is our go to restaurant in downtown Phoenix. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and I have tried many items on the menu. My husband always has veal picatta and he loves it every time. The portions are generous, so I always have a to go box and a wonderful meal to enjoy the next day.
We have eaten here several times, but most recently we were in a group of 6 and for 4 of them, this was their first visit. Everyone raved about their meal! We ordered a variety of dishes including gnocchi, rigatoni, chicken breast, veal piccata, and Caesar salad. Everything was delicious. Service was very good, although the kitchen and bar were a little slow. This place is the perfect choice for business lunches or dinner before an event at Chase Field or Talking Stick Resort Area - literally across the street.
Every ones food was great. Abby did a great job as our waitress.
Food was fantastic and service was over the top. We can't wait to go back!
Love the food and ambiance. We will be back in January 2020!
We were extremely disappointed in this experience! From the moment we walked in and we’re “greeted” by a grumpy old woman behind the desk, to the poor service, to the unbelievably low quality food, it was a ridiculously expensive debacle. The food was cold — we had to send it back to be heated up. The pasta in red sauce looked and tasted as though it had been dushed out of a frozen container. Probably the most palatable part of the meal was the salad (how do you mess up lettuce?) and the dessert which was okay (and probably wasn’t made there)... We definitely can NOT recommend this establishment and we most definitely will NOT RETURN!
We had veal marsala and veal picatta both of which were flavorful and tender. Service was very pleasant. Garlic bread was worth the extra calories! Definitely would recommend this place particularly if you are heading to Symphony Hall since it is just a couple minutes walk.
It was our kick off to Christmas and a special day with our 85 yr old mom/grams.
Food & service is always good at this restaurant. Right amount of food for the price.
Had the restaurant pretty much to ourselves, since it was black friday.
Food and Service was wonderful! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Steak was undercooked , but everything else was fantastic
We were delighted to find this lovely restaurant so close to the Talking Stick Arena. We parked easily, and had great service before our 8 pm show. My dining partner and I chose not to have cocktails or wine, and the server did not minimize our dining presence or discount us not sophisticated as sometimes happens in fine dining settings. He was extremely thoughtful and respectful, and made every effort to get us to our performance on time. I had the paella and it was outstanding. I would go back again.
My sons (ages 19 and 23) took me out for my birthday dinner. Our server was Kevin. He didn’t seem interested in our table at all. We didn’t order any alcohol - I wonder if that was it? It took him 20 minutes to come to our table the first time. We asked for bread four times before we got it, while several other baskets of bread kept going by to other tables. Reservations were at 6:15 p.m. Food arrived at 7:15 p.m. Unfortunately, that left us no time to get a dessert for my birthday dinner. I understand they are busy on a Friday night but our server really was the pits. Food was great - as always. High quality. Perfect place for a birthday dinner if the server has the slightest interest in customer service.
The service was exceptional. The food options offered were widely varied. Both of our meals were some of the best we've enjoyed. We were particularly impressed that the meals were hot at service. The drinks and desserts were stellar.
Had great service with good Italian food. If you want good food with great service especially before an event in downtown - this is place.
The food was excellent; the wait staff was prompt and attentive. All in all a great experience. Would definitely come back.
We had a large group business dinner. Service was good. Excellent choices for food. Restaurant was not too noisy, it was nice to be able to hear each other.
We did have one issue with the check as the waiter did not point out that gratuity was already included and we had added way more on top of that. Restaurant management was wonderful, and is already fixing and refunding the additional amount charged in error.
I have been a fan since The Borgata restaurant 35 years ago. GO here!
We had a meal for 26 people so this review needs to be digested realizing this. I have no doubt that dining with a small group of friends or loved ones would result in a different review. I was very impressed by the efficiency in service. They served us well. The food itself was very good, but I would not say it was remarkable. Some with steaks felt that the meat was a bit fatty. Those with the traditional Paella liked it a great deal. The real winner was the Baked Lasagna. I think if I were to go back again, I would stick with Italian cuisine and not venture from that. The dessert trio was good yet very small portion.
Took customers and it was a perfect experience for all. Food, service, and atmosphere were all top notch. Great value.
Dinner before comedy show at Comerica. Food was great, outdoor seating was lovely. Service was quick and helpful.
Everything was great. Friendly wait staff and delicious food, what more could you ask for? We celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary. It was quiet and with a romantic atmosphere. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive. He was very knowledgeable of the foods preparation and helped us choose amazing entrees.
Restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown shopping complex. Not visible from the street. Ambiance was nice. Food was very good. Service was just adequate. I would not hesitate to go back as long as I was not in a hurry.
We ordered the oysters from point Reyes and they were not fresh so we tried the escargot. They were overcooked and sitting on mushroom caps. Split the osso bucco and it was delicious. It came with steamed asparagus and risotto. The meet was tender and the gravy was good.
We had really poor service. We kept having to try to find the waiter to get more drinks, other food, etc. We couldn’t even get him to come to the table when we wanted to pay and leave. Very frustrating. Our food took forever. They put in the wrong order but we accepted it as it was since we had already waited an hour. We go out to eat often. This one was a miss, sadly.
When you are spending a lot of money for dinner, I expect white glove service.
Though our waiter was very nice, the food was average. The service was extremely slow. They were not terribly crowed. The waiter kept apologizing about the delay of the food, but nothing ever seemed to get done.
We will not be going back.
The food was amazing, but more expensive than what I'd remembered from past visits. The waiter was fairly grumpy...so much so that it was the joke of the evening! Having said that, the food was great and service was fast & attentive. We'll likely be back, as it's a great location to have a nice meal before events at the local venues.
Outstanding menu selections across the board with excellent service as well as awesome deserts!!
Our server Jorge was very friendly and the auxiliary staff, kept the water glasses full, table clean and very courteous. Food was excellent. Did get a little noise, from conversations, but no more than other venues. Prices were fair and food tasty!
The food was amazing! Go hungry because the servings are not small! The waiter was very friendly and felt like a friend. You won’t be disappointed!
Went to the symphony last Friday and had dinner at Mancuso’s before the show. Had a lovely dinner and the service was wonderful. We told our waitress, Nicole M., that we were in a bit of a hurry with the show starting at 7:30, and she did everything to help us get to the show on time. She made it happen! So, the service was excellent, the ambience was beautiful, the food was sumptuous, and the drinks were incredibly smooth. This isn’t a place where you go looking for value meals. This was a First-class experience! I am definitely going to recommend this restaurant to someone coming downtown to see the symphony.
What a lovely gem of a restaurant! Exquisite service! Sea bass was amazing. Lasagna is one of their specialties! My husband loved it!!! For dessert we thoroughly enjoyed the lemoncello merengue pie. It’s a MUST. We will definitely be back
Great menu and food prepared for delicious meal. Service was spot on. The environment is wonderful as it is one of the rare restaurants you can actually enjoy dinner conversation with your companions as the acoustics dampen noise levels.
Nothing special. Nice decor. Food mediocre for the prices.
Was okay to try ones.
