We are super happy to care for special dietary needs with advanced notice.
This was a fun stop for us, The Sunday 5 course meal was great the wine parring were done well and the cost of the evening very reasonable for the quality received. I can't wait to return and try the 8 course evening.
We are regular patrons. Collin is a gifted chef and we think Mana is the best restaurant for creativity and excellent cuisine. It's also an amazing value!
An absolutely phenomenal dining experience. Such amazing attention to detail and genuine delight in providing such fabulous creations to their customers.
Mana is a true experience that my wife and I look forward to each time we travel to Leavenworth. The open setting allowing us to watch the food preparation, smell the spices and seasonings as they bloom and feel like 'part of the action' is really fun. The laid back ambiance juxtaposed against the super sophisticated yet simple dishes is a great combination. The wine pairing option is spot on (full disclosure I'm not a wine expert) and compliment the meal. We're really fortunate to have this type of option here in North Central Washington and we'll continue to go back time and again
Amazing food and dining experience. I highly recommend the non-alcoholic drink paring. The smoked salmon flavor was heavenly and cooked to perfection. The 6:20 seating time and 6:30 start of serving time makes the dining room very relaxing. No one is coming or leaving via the front door. We will come back for sure.
This is a gem tucked in the mountains. A bit pricey but an amazing foodie experience. Will definitely return.
Wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a special night where one can truly appreciate the complexity of the dishes they are enjoying. Hoping to go back again soon.
This place was UNREAL. Truly an incredible experience. My friends and I had an unforgettable time.
Delicious! Party of 6 for Valentine’s Day and it was the best!
Wonderful experience! Delicious food in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. My husband and I loved how the chef introduced his menu before the meal and then took the time to come visit with each table after the meal. We felt like very pampered guests and we will tell our friends to try this fine dining experience in beautiful Leavenworth!
Set menus for dinner and on our family vacation I decided to book a reservation at Mana for my family to experience their eight course meal it was above and beyond what was expected the portion sizes were Above average the service was amazing and the chef was very personable
Happened on this place, and hope to return. Creative. Great pairings.
Worth a trip, just for the meal.
Dining at Mana is more than just am amazing eating experience. Everything involved has been thought out and perfected. The staff is helpful, quiet, thoughtful. The food, of course, is amazing. I don’t know how Colin keeps coming up with new ideas and finds all the right local, fresh, ingredients. And then puts them all together into ingenious meals. He is a magician.
This is our second time experiencing Mana and I will definitely make a point of returning to this destination restaurant. Left satiated and like we had experienced a hyper-local menu. Great wine pairings and excellent value!! A diamond of Leavenworth.
Amazing food, service and feel. The atmosphere was great and my wife and I enjoyed every minute of our dinner. Make sure to do the wine paring! 😉
This was my second visit to Mana and they did not disappoint! Food is amazing and service is phenomenal. I think that food portions are rather large for a 8 course tasting menu but only because I have trouble pacing myself and saving room for the last few courses.
We love slow-dining. Mana fits this preference perfectly. Fascinating food/taste combinations; at the high-end of creative. Elixir/Tonic pairing was worth every penny...even twice the price. I probably will select the wine pairing next time. Some of the wine too young.
Owner/Head Chef Collin was a delight. He is passionate about fine dining and the experience that gathering together, eating and drinking offers. His restaurant certainly facilitates slowing down, enjoying the experience and departing better than you when you arrived.
Excellent food and a great farm-to-table able experience. I recommend the non-alcoholic drinks or a bottle of wine over the wine pairings. But overall, this was by far our best dining experience in Leavenworth, and we managed to try all of the "fine dining" restaurants during our 14 days there.
This was a first for me. The flavors were great on the first three dishes and the dessert 8th course. But the 6th and 7th I could have done without. The people who work there are great. The lighting was prefect. It was a little loud for my take, but it was a one room area so it’s going to happen. I don’t think I will be back due to the high price you will spend roughly $135.00 per person. I am pretty picky about my food as I cook almost everything I eat. I’ve been baking since I was 12. So I may had to high of expectations, but at that price and it’s not Seattle I was I guess hoping for better. It definitely is a twist on dining and if you have never done it you have to try at least once. Diner of two on 12/27/2019
Great food locally sourced and classy presentation. We especially love the non-alcoholic drinks served with each course. I wish they would bottle them.
Fabulous food and service. Each dish was unique and delicious. It was a holiday celebration for 4 friends. My husband had the wine pairing and I the non alcoholic pairing as I was very interested in that option. Would recommend this sharing as the wines paired were perfect with each course but the ‘mock’ cocktails were everyone’s favorite. Fabulous meal that we plan to make a tradition for next holiday. Thank you Mana!
Wonderful Dining experience!
I was thoroughly disappointed in Mana. The food was overrated and not good at all. Had a very expensive feel to it, however when it came down to it the food was subpar. The entire experience was a joke honestly. I would have preferred to spend my money anywhere else in town. The food tasted like it came from a local ditch that they put on a plate and made it look fancy by laying the sprouts delicately on top. The food had absolutely no taste and no seasoning. Seriously, I could've eaten this stuff in the wild it and would've tasted better. For $150, my date and I received beets, radishes, chips and cheese, a tragic soup, and the smallest portion of "lamb" that I am positive was not actually lamb. The "lamb" tasted like it was cooked on top of coal and that was as much seasoning that we experienced the whole night.
I have been to plenty of high end restaurants with this exact same type of vibe and enjoyed all of those but this was inexcusable. It was a complete rip off and I strongly urge people to avoid dining here.
Food was Fabulous and the experience was amazing!
We had the best time! It was perfect for my 50th birthday. The chef was talented and very personable. The wait staff was fabulous and very astute. The ambiance was awesome. The chef came out and talked to us quite a few times. He answered all of our questions! I even got a small birthday gift. I would highly recommend Mana to everyone!
We loved everything! The ambiance is wonderful. Every single person working in the restaurant served us in some manner and spoke kindly with us. The food presentation was beautiful and creative and everything was delicious. I so appreciated their accommodations of my food allergies. The wine and elixir pairings were great - we had one of each. We are from Minnesota and will definitely come back some day. They have been in business for only 4.5 years and they have already won a James Beard award!
Such a great experience! High quality food with great wine pairings. We would love to come back for cooking lessons. The energy and commitment to quality was refreshing.
This place was amazing! What an experience. I will be back.
The food was amazing
I've been encouraging friends to go to Leavenworth JUST to have a meal at Mana! It is really inspired and wonderful.
It was a lovely modern experience. The service and interaction was fun and interesting. The food was modern which I love. However, there was 1 dish that wasn’t edible. Overall I suggest for the experience.
It was an unbelievable experience. I've never had a meal that was more than just eating, I truly can say that it was a whole experience.
The food was outstanding, and the ambiance more than lovely. Being from the Seattle area I really appreciated the feeling of being in a restaurant in Seattle without actually being in the city.
It was excellent and unique food. We didn’t have the full 8 course meal because we went on a Sunday for the 5 course meal
Where on Earth can you find surreal, imagined, and magical food like this with a vibe like none other? Seriously, a West Coast destination unto itself!
We received a gift certificate to Mana from our family. We had a lovely evening experiencing an array of amazing food, wine and elixers. I did the wine pairing and my husband did the elixer/tonic pairing. We enjoyed both. The food presentation and preperation were amazing. I was a bit chilly sitting next to the window but they did offer to turn up the heat when they saw I had my coat over my shoulders. As people consumed alcohol it got a bit loud in the room. The lighting, glassware and plateware are unique and add to the dining experience.
It is pricey but for a once in a lifetime experience it is worth it. Most people looked like they were in their late 20's to early 40's. My husband and I were the oldest people in the room and I am in my early 50's. It is a three hour event so plan accordingly and don't rush it.
We loved the entire experience!
Some of the combinations of flavors were amazing, but some really missed. It is the typical “hipster fine dining.” The first course was quite bland. The salad was delicious, the soup was great, the 4th or main course was a Opah fish, blackened. My wife and I’s fish was over cooked... quite chewy. The dessert, pecan brittle pear tart and ice cream was really good, but the dessert wine paired with it had a terrible taste. We were quite disappointed. We love farm to table fine dining, but we were so dissatisfied we left and went to a bar called Stein to get a pretzel and cheese. I’m sure many people will enjoy it, but we were let down.
The food combinations in the menu that they served were not things that I would have thought went together, but they were all delicious. The wine pairings were very well thought out. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and warm on a chilly evening. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Mana is outstanding! Best meal I’ve had in years. Locally sourced and seasonal- it doesn’t get much better than Mana.
Excellent experience. The ambiance was perfect, plate delivery well-timed. We were very impressed with the whole meal & staff.
