We are super happy to care for special dietary needs with advanced notice.
Took wife here for her birthday and we were both shocked at the 8 courses of food with paired drinks to go with each of the 8 courses. Be ready for a 3 hour meal. worth all 300 bucks. 50 dollar bottle of wine, 35 bucks to hold your reservation and 98 bucks a head for the dinner, plus what ever drinks you get to pair with the meals.
Love the food, the staff was nice, and a great atmosphere. The restaurant is really clean and chic. I have a lot of food allergies and they accommodated for this. I loved how passionate the chef was about the food, and you get excited about bringing home some of his ideas to your dinner plate. You get some insight on where the food comes from. The wine pairings are well done as well. I could see myself making a visit a couple times a year to Mana to try to learn about new spices and ways to cook with food out of my garden.
Our 2nd time to this restaurant and it was fabulous again!
I would recommend Mana to anyone wanting an unique and delicious dining experience. Probably the best meal I've ever had, every course was amazing and the food was elegantly presented. Everything was fresh and though not advertised as "health food" the dishes were very beneficial. My daughter had the wine pairings which were good however I had the elixirs and would suggest them for their unique appeal. I will be going back here anytime I'm in Leavenworth.
What a great experience! We were roadtripping and found this as our last meal/treat before heading home. We had a beautiful table on the porch which felt safe and distance from other diners. The service was flawless and the every single course was extraordinary. Next time in Leavenworth, we will be back!
Wonderful relaxed meal of local ingredients. Thoughtful presentation and friendly staff!
The food was very interesting and Very tasty. We enjoyed our 8 course meal immensely.
Not just a meal, but an experience. Wonderful for a special occasion, but also for just because. The elixirs were everything!
Beautiful expression of the locally and wild grown vegetables, berries, and herbs in unique and delicious dishes. True appreciation from the chef for the PNW and a love for creating taste combinations that showcase the one of a kind ingredients. Perfect pacing for the courses and delightful non alcoholic drink pairings.
My husband and I did the 8 course Saturday dinner during this COVID fiasco and the restaurant handled the *situation* beautifully.
That being said, on to our dining experience. It was spectacular. Every single course was delicious. You could feel that the food was prepared with love and passion with creative ingredients.
After the first course, Colin, the owner, explained the courses, sourcing of his ingredients and gave a blessing. He also stopped by every table one or twice throughout the meal to chat with his patrons. What a genuinely lovely man.
The entire staff was excellent. They were warm, personable and very knowledgeable.
The menu changes with each meal, so I can’t recommend a particular dish, but as I said previously, every single dish was prepared to perfection and as my husband described it, “a taste sensation!”
We had the wine pairing with our meal but also tried 3 of the elixirs that our server recommended. They far surpassed the wines. The elixirs are all made in house and were spectacular. (Now this is coming from a couple that would have never even considered trying them!) Seriously, try the elixirs!
Thank you Colin and staff for a truly memorable evening!
The food was exceptional, so much care went into the creation of each plate. You couldn’t help but either gobble it up or savor it. Each server also was very attentive and knew everything about what was being served. It was just an amazing one of a kind experience. The chef also graces your table to talk to you about the food he creates and gives a speech at the start of the experience. It was really amazing! I highly recommend coming here.
Everything was perfect
We had a fantastic experience at Mana - brilliant service, astonishingly delicious and different food, which pushed our taste bud boundaries and a buzzing ambience. We would definitely recommend and return.
The food was absolutely amazing! And the wines they paired were perfect!
Had an absolutely wonderful meal at Mana this weekend. The food was amazing and we were able to sit out on the front porch so there were no issues of other people being too near to us. The staff was attentive and all wore their masks as they moved about the restaurant.
Yummy, so a great space with great people that truly care about the food. Thanks Team Mana, everything was splendid!
This was literally the most incredible meal I’ve experienced in a long time. Treat yourself to a culinary delight. You won’t regret it.
This was a fun stop for us, The Sunday 5 course meal was great the wine parring were done well and the cost of the evening very reasonable for the quality received. I can't wait to return and try the 8 course evening.
We are regular patrons. Collin is a gifted chef and we think Mana is the best restaurant for creativity and excellent cuisine. It's also an amazing value!
An absolutely phenomenal dining experience. Such amazing attention to detail and genuine delight in providing such fabulous creations to their customers.
Mana is a true experience that my wife and I look forward to each time we travel to Leavenworth. The open setting allowing us to watch the food preparation, smell the spices and seasonings as they bloom and feel like 'part of the action' is really fun. The laid back ambiance juxtaposed against the super sophisticated yet simple dishes is a great combination. The wine pairing option is spot on (full disclosure I'm not a wine expert) and compliment the meal. We're really fortunate to have this type of option here in North Central Washington and we'll continue to go back time and again
Amazing food and dining experience. I highly recommend the non-alcoholic drink paring. The smoked salmon flavor was heavenly and cooked to perfection. The 6:20 seating time and 6:30 start of serving time makes the dining room very relaxing. No one is coming or leaving via the front door. We will come back for sure.
This is a gem tucked in the mountains. A bit pricey but an amazing foodie experience. Will definitely return.
Wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a special night where one can truly appreciate the complexity of the dishes they are enjoying. Hoping to go back again soon.
This place was UNREAL. Truly an incredible experience. My friends and I had an unforgettable time.
Delicious! Party of 6 for Valentine’s Day and it was the best!
Wonderful experience! Delicious food in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. My husband and I loved how the chef introduced his menu before the meal and then took the time to come visit with each table after the meal. We felt like very pampered guests and we will tell our friends to try this fine dining experience in beautiful Leavenworth!
Set menus for dinner and on our family vacation I decided to book a reservation at Mana for my family to experience their eight course meal it was above and beyond what was expected the portion sizes were Above average the service was amazing and the chef was very personable
Happened on this place, and hope to return. Creative. Great pairings.
Worth a trip, just for the meal.
Dining at Mana is more than just am amazing eating experience. Everything involved has been thought out and perfected. The staff is helpful, quiet, thoughtful. The food, of course, is amazing. I don’t know how Colin keeps coming up with new ideas and finds all the right local, fresh, ingredients. And then puts them all together into ingenious meals. He is a magician.
This is our second time experiencing Mana and I will definitely make a point of returning to this destination restaurant. Left satiated and like we had experienced a hyper-local menu. Great wine pairings and excellent value!! A diamond of Leavenworth.
Amazing food, service and feel. The atmosphere was great and my wife and I enjoyed every minute of our dinner. Make sure to do the wine paring! 😉
This was my second visit to Mana and they did not disappoint! Food is amazing and service is phenomenal. I think that food portions are rather large for a 8 course tasting menu but only because I have trouble pacing myself and saving room for the last few courses.
We love slow-dining. Mana fits this preference perfectly. Fascinating food/taste combinations; at the high-end of creative. Elixir/Tonic pairing was worth every penny...even twice the price. I probably will select the wine pairing next time. Some of the wine too young.
Owner/Head Chef Collin was a delight. He is passionate about fine dining and the experience that gathering together, eating and drinking offers. His restaurant certainly facilitates slowing down, enjoying the experience and departing better than you when you arrived.
Excellent food and a great farm-to-table able experience. I recommend the non-alcoholic drinks or a bottle of wine over the wine pairings. But overall, this was by far our best dining experience in Leavenworth, and we managed to try all of the "fine dining" restaurants during our 14 days there.
This was a first for me. The flavors were great on the first three dishes and the dessert 8th course. But the 6th and 7th I could have done without. The people who work there are great. The lighting was prefect. It was a little loud for my take, but it was a one room area so it’s going to happen. I don’t think I will be back due to the high price you will spend roughly $135.00 per person. I am pretty picky about my food as I cook almost everything I eat. I’ve been baking since I was 12. So I may had to high of expectations, but at that price and it’s not Seattle I was I guess hoping for better. It definitely is a twist on dining and if you have never done it you have to try at least once. Diner of two on 12/27/2019
Great food locally sourced and classy presentation. We especially love the non-alcoholic drinks served with each course. I wish they would bottle them.
Fabulous food and service. Each dish was unique and delicious. It was a holiday celebration for 4 friends. My husband had the wine pairing and I the non alcoholic pairing as I was very interested in that option. Would recommend this sharing as the wines paired were perfect with each course but the ‘mock’ cocktails were everyone’s favorite. Fabulous meal that we plan to make a tradition for next holiday. Thank you Mana!
Wonderful Dining experience!
I was thoroughly disappointed in Mana. The food was overrated and not good at all. Had a very expensive feel to it, however when it came down to it the food was subpar. The entire experience was a joke honestly. I would have preferred to spend my money anywhere else in town. The food tasted like it came from a local ditch that they put on a plate and made it look fancy by laying the sprouts delicately on top. The food had absolutely no taste and no seasoning. Seriously, I could've eaten this stuff in the wild it and would've tasted better. For $150, my date and I received beets, radishes, chips and cheese, a tragic soup, and the smallest portion of "lamb" that I am positive was not actually lamb. The "lamb" tasted like it was cooked on top of coal and that was as much seasoning that we experienced the whole night.
I have been to plenty of high end restaurants with this exact same type of vibe and enjoyed all of those but this was inexcusable. It was a complete rip off and I strongly urge people to avoid dining here.
