We are a locally focused restaurant open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Let us to take you on a truly unique 7-course journey through the senses as we offer a dining experience honoring local, organic, wild foraged, high vibration ingredients.

We have one seating per night. It is at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $118 per person.
(20% auto-gratuity for parties of 6 or more)

                  All 7 courses were meticulously prepared , plated and served. The staff was personable, focused explaining the food presented as well as the wine pairing and on sharing a fine dining experience with us. Great value for the price.

                  The overall experience was amazing for our babymoon and my birthday dinner - however my husband left my gold hoop earrings on the table in a bag which the team (I'm assuming) ended up throwing away. I tried to contact Mana many times after realizing on the walk back to our hotel, but unfortunately they are closed Monday-Thursday. After digging through their trash early in the morning the next day, we still have no response and have not found the earrings. I mentioned to the waitress multiple times during dinner it was my birthday with no acknowledgement, and when they went to present dessert and give 3 other tables plates with candles - we were not one of them. We asked the waitress to take our picture after the dinner and she agreed - only to return to the kitchen and never come back out. The food was amazing and the experience of the cuisine was generally great - however the execution on making you feel special for celebrating a special occasion, was very disappointing especially when you spend $400+ on dinner and loosing a pair of earrings in the process which is putting us close to a grand spent on one dinner. Felt very "get in, eat, and get out".

                  We had a front row seat to view the creation of an incredible meal. One of those artistically prepared dinners that you always remember.

                  Beautiful dinner. Sat outside and had the wine pairing. The service was spectacular—warm, not forced, casual and professional all at once. We’re definitely coming back.

                  This is our 3rd visit to Mana and the best experience yet. The creativity of the chef is off the charts. Every unique element adds to each dish. It’s not just the taste but texture and visually as well. If you fashion yourself a foodie this will be your favorite restaurant. Complete with exceptional service and thoughtful wine pairings. Come before they change the menu as both the lamb and salmon dishes are especially masterful.

                  We had a wonderful time with all courses brilliantly, scrumptiously plated, wine pairings on point and the chefs so well versed on all ingredients for each course. We will definitely make this a quarterly date night.
