The food, service, views and general ambiance were first rate as all past visits were and I am so glad the community has such a wonderful dining experience in town with reasonable prices. It is very nice and out of the box thinking to include it in a building meant for family entertainment for better utilization of the space and hopefully will provide sufficient utilization so that the business(es) will prosper and the owners and chef and staff will be able to continue offering this service for many years into the future at the same high standards of today.

Talk about opposites attract! A delicious, stylish French restaurant gazing out at the mountains sitting atop a modern bowling alley. But it really works. We go to Mammoth Brasserie every time we are in Mammoth. Greg, our server, was so helpful. The food was prepared well, letting the ingredients shine through. Go try them out!

This is the second year I have attended the wine dinner at the Brasserie and enjoyed the intimate back room setting. The food was outstanding! They did a few of the favorites, but just a bit different. The salmon was terrific.

Celebrating life! The one negative part of our evening was the experience with the hostess who seated us. Lacked any warmth, was not welcoming, appeared yo not want to be there!!! Too bad!!! So many people who need jobs would love to have the position we’re certain! Especially in this beautiful environment!!!

The Daou wine dinner was spectacular! The food was outstanding, and the wine pairings quite good. The grilled shrimp, lamb lollipops, and the short ribs served to perfection! The serving team was spot on all night.

Stunning location with views overlooking The sherwins. Great drinks menu including some tasty cocktails and the food was delicious. The waiter was excellent, very reactive and food was served beautifully presented. This restaurant sits above the bowling alley but don’t let that out you off, once you’re up the stairs the ambience is totally different, quiet and very classy. We came here for our last meal in mammoth to thank our friends for hosting us. It’s the perfect place for a special meal.

The service was great and attentive. The outdoor seating was so beautiful as you could see the mountains. The food was delicious, and they accommodated my gluten sensitivity very well by substituting sauce ingredients for the fish. The outdoor seating was quiet and there were heaters by the tables. I left my raincoat there, and they even mailed it back to me! They went above and beyond!

Being able to provide good service AND food can be a challenge in a resort town that ebbs and flows with tourists. Mammoth Brasserie consistently provides both. I highly recommend it for your dining pleasure. Did I mention the amazing outdoor dining deck with sunset views of the mountains....

Love this restaurant! The service (Eddy) was great, food was great and we will definitely be back. We had mussels and wine that was good recommended by server. Then we had smoked salmon and rib eye. Both of us enjoyed our meals and will definitely be back.

Unbelievable moxie to open up a 5 star restaurant above a bowling alley! Incredible views on the terrace of the Sherwin Crest. Excellent service. The wine recommendation and the specials were wonderful. Enjoyed the evening (our 40th wedding anniversary) so much. Special Place. The Scallops were better than any I've ever tasted. The Halibut was great. I look forward to going back to try the Filet Mignon with Peppercorn sauce and the Elk. Service was stellar. Thanks for a delightful celebration.

Food was good as always. Service was relatively poor. Waiter was certainly nice enough, but never brought our wine, nor did he ask us about dessert - probably left $100 of revenue on the table… Food prices are up quite a bit, bordering on unreasonable - but not quite. Wine list is decent enough, but way overpriced across the board.

The menu is always the same and the food is lacking finesse. The sauces do not enhance the flavor just the opposite, make it les appealing. For example the rack of lamb was good quality but the gravy was absolutely not needed since it tasted like from the can. Same with mushroom strudel that was swimming with kind of awful gravy. Food like from the 80’s. We liked going there for the views but definitely this time was worse than last time. I hope this feedback will help the staff figure out how to improve.

Sorry to report… Brasserie was “the place” that I would look forward to visiting when in mammoth. It has been about 10 months since my last visit and… most was challenged. Beead was never delivered, bottle of wine didn’t come out for 30 min, no pepper mill for our Caesars, tuna app just missed. Honestly I had set the bar pretty high in my mind from previous experiences and aside from the baguette (when we received the basket), everything missed. Hope that it was just an off night and that it isn’t a fundamental change in the staff. Mammoth is changing rapidly… Brasserie needs to wind back the hands of time and return to execution on a high level.
