Come enjoy a modern dining experience planned around a creative, eclectic menu and the spectacular views of the Sherwin Range and Mammoth Mountain. Our restaurant features the fine cuisine of Mammoth Chef Gaby Hernandez and is a dramatic departure from the standard fare found in traditional bowling centers.

Starting December 16th The Brasserie restaurant will be open daily at 5:00pm. Holiday hours may be different. $70 for a Thanksgiving meal is totally fine but the quality and the amount was not. My husband got a Seabass and I have never seen such a thin slice of Seabass in my life. The stuffing was too salty. And overall I would have been better off ordering a turkey dinner from Vons and saving a lot of money. Server was very nice though.

Ambitious menu and the specials were good. Had very generous portions! Wouldn’t take a baby or young child here unless you plan to walk them around and not expect them to sit. Decent selections for the vegetarians in our party but not very creative options. Our service was good and we did not have to wait too long for our food.

Really nice surprise in a ski town, upstairs from the bowling alley (which has absolutely no impact on the restaurant, other than passing through!) Very creative menu, superbly prepared. Great service too. Excellent wines by the glass. We’ll be back!

We have had excellent meals here every time we have eaten at The Brasserie. This time my husband ordered the Scallops, which were creamy and delectable in subtlety. I ordered the Elk Medallions, just as tender as everyone raves. Realizing that most customers prefer to see the protein as the star of the meal, I would have loved a few more vegetables (which were cooked to perfection!!!) and less protein. We skipped wine with our meal, but I had an Eastern Sierra Martini, which was fabulous!

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The fish special, in particular, was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of delicately flavoured sauce which perfectly complemented the fish. It drives me nuts when restaurants smother the food in overflavoured cloying sauce. It is usually a sign that the ingredients aren't great or the chef doesn't know how to cook them properly. Our server was friendly yet professional, neither obsequious nor pushy, and gave us the right amount of space to enjoy the wonderful meal. The only suggestion that I would make is perhaps opening a bottle of wine for the staff every now and again to allow more familiarity with the wine list. Thank you for a very nice anniversary meal.

Excellent, friendly service. All food was fantastic - including the classic French onion soup and elk medallions. The special potato leek soup and scallop entree was delicious. Always one of the best in Mammoth.

One of us had scallops, and they were definitely undercooked, and the table we were eating at was basically like a folding table that did a lot of wiggling around. Not exactly what I was expecting at that price point. The food itself as a whole was good.

Mammoth Rock Brasserie is unique - great upstairs location - large view windows towards stunning mountains - also in good weather - beautiful deck - we ate outside in warm sunshine and enjoyed the clear mountain air - singing birds and super food - their menu has several unique and tasteful plates - excellent caring servers. Our favorite meal while enjoying our lakeside cabin.

We return to the Mammoth Rock Brasserie whenever we are at Mammoth. The food is consistently excellent. The service is gracious, and the views of the Sherwin Creek area add a special air to the meal. Usually we eat inside, but the heat lamps outside work well for those who prefer that option.

The food, service, views and general ambiance were first rate as all past visits were and I am so glad the community has such a wonderful dining experience in town with reasonable prices. It is very nice and out of the box thinking to include it in a building meant for family entertainment for better utilization of the space and hopefully will provide sufficient utilization so that the business(es) will prosper and the owners and chef and staff will be able to continue offering this service for many years into the future at the same high standards of today.

Talk about opposites attract! A delicious, stylish French restaurant gazing out at the mountains sitting atop a modern bowling alley. But it really works. We go to Mammoth Brasserie every time we are in Mammoth. Greg, our server, was so helpful. The food was prepared well, letting the ingredients shine through. Go try them out!

This is the second year I have attended the wine dinner at the Brasserie and enjoyed the intimate back room setting. The food was outstanding! They did a few of the favorites, but just a bit different. The salmon was terrific.

Celebrating life! The one negative part of our evening was the experience with the hostess who seated us. Lacked any warmth, was not welcoming, appeared yo not want to be there!!! Too bad!!! So many people who need jobs would love to have the position we’re certain! Especially in this beautiful environment!!!

The Daou wine dinner was spectacular! The food was outstanding, and the wine pairings quite good. The grilled shrimp, lamb lollipops, and the short ribs served to perfection! The serving team was spot on all night.

Stunning location with views overlooking The sherwins. Great drinks menu including some tasty cocktails and the food was delicious. The waiter was excellent, very reactive and food was served beautifully presented. This restaurant sits above the bowling alley but don’t let that out you off, once you’re up the stairs the ambience is totally different, quiet and very classy. We came here for our last meal in mammoth to thank our friends for hosting us. It’s the perfect place for a special meal.

The service was great and attentive. The outdoor seating was so beautiful as you could see the mountains. The food was delicious, and they accommodated my gluten sensitivity very well by substituting sauce ingredients for the fish. The outdoor seating was quiet and there were heaters by the tables. I left my raincoat there, and they even mailed it back to me! They went above and beyond!

Being able to provide good service AND food can be a challenge in a resort town that ebbs and flows with tourists. Mammoth Brasserie consistently provides both. I highly recommend it for your dining pleasure. Did I mention the amazing outdoor dining deck with sunset views of the mountains....
