Come enjoy a modern dining experience planned around a creative, eclectic menu and the spectacular views of the Sherwin Range and Mammoth Mountain. Our restaurant features the fine cuisine of Mammoth Chef Gaby Hernandez and is a dramatic departure from the standard fare found in traditional bowling centers.

Starting December 16th The Brasserie restaurant will be open daily at 5:00pm. Holiday hours may be different. Our cuisine is continentally inspired, and daily specials are added with fresh, seasonally available ingredients.. We also host “special” dinners honoring specific holidays. As always we had a great dining experience. We got a table with a wonderful view. The service was impeccable. Food (soup du jour, elk medallions, rack of lamb) was outstanding. With the great wine list they have it is not difficult to find a lovely bottle of wine to pair with the meal. We already have a reservation to return in a couple of days.

Had yet another fabulous dinner at Mammoth Rock Brassiere. Justin was our server and he took incredible care of us. Everything, from the appetizer (salmon egg roll special) to the the soup (cream of mushroom with a heavenly truffle oil drizzle) to the entree (special of the night: rib eye with a fantastic mushroom sauce) was prepared perfectly and wonderfully delicious. Unfortunately, we ate it all down before we could get pictures and we wound up being too full for dessert. We cannot recommend Mammoth Rock Brasserie highly enough.

Andy is a fantastic server, he helped us order the perfect app, entree and dessert. Cannot go wrong, I recommend the filet and specials! Hamachi sashimi was great too. We will definitely be back when we visit next time.

Food was absolutely outstanding. Our server was attentive and informative even having the whole dining room to himself. Definitely will come here again next time we’re in town. Take you out of the mountains spectacular at sunset. Would love to be here in the summertime when outdoor seating is available.

Second time here, excellent food but service was lacking, rushed, not attentive - just going through the motions - which is a shame because the location and food are truly very good.
