   We went to Mamazul for dinner on Friday night and truly enjoyed and kicked off a wonderful evening ahead. The atmosphere was great, perfect for dinner with friends or a date. The cocktails were delicious make sure to try their fun cocktails and get the como la flor or mezcal paloma. Service was incredible and attentive and the food was great. I've been to a lot of Mexican places so I would rate their food an overall 7/10 but for the location, atmosphere, and service I would give it a 9/10 for our overall experience.

   WORST EXPEREIENCE IN ALL OF NYC! We brought our customer there to have dinner with us, beyond embarrassing. Terrible customer service. - Didnt order food when we asked / acted surprised that the order didnt go through - Didnt check on us at all - Didnt remove any finished dishes or refill water - After trying to make eye contact with everyone in the rest (which they wouldn't look at our table) - I got up and asked them to remove our dishes. - Ordered dessert, only 1/2 items were ordered. - Service was slow (if you call that service at all) - Server didnt really care that we were there at all.

   This was by far one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. My fiancee and I loved the food, drinks, atmosphere and service. We’ll definitely be back

   Such a pretty place! Amazing food! Very lovely staff I love the valentines menu & the special vday drink names 😊 Our server was very sweet and attentive! Great Hispanic Mexican music!

   When we arrived for our reservation the restaurant informed us they were closed for a private event. They didn’t compensate us in any way, just asked us to leave. It was very unfortunate and uncomfortable.

   Restaurant had such a vibe. After a drink or 2 you are definitely boppin your head to the music while enjoying some really good food. I tried it for Restaurant week and it did not disappoint!!!
