Hi We went to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday. My biggest issue was the state of the bathrooms. There were 3 in the ladies. 1 was blocked up & totally out of use & another had no working lock. As a result there was a big queue. For such a big restaurant I was surprised that no one was looking after the bathrooms. It put me off. Thanks Tricia

Price of our meal was worth the service and the atmosphere, but expected a little more from the food for how much it cost. But the service, 10/10, will definitely go back because all the staff were so attentive and our server Daniel went out of his way so we had a nice dinner!

Shocking - their fire alarm kept going off for at least 30mins, placed our order and from there it was a shambles. Our drinks sat on the bar for 15mins, the waitress never put our order through to the kitchen - came up to apologise and offer discount. Another couple came in 25mins after we did and got their starters before us. Complained to waitress that their service was lacklustre and poor. Starters were horrible, duck spring rolls was disgusting, yuk sung had no flavour. A poor from PressUp group

Service is great, Nikos and Evans were so great. Ambience and energy of the restaurant are always good and I’ve always enjoyed the vibes here. The food is so tasty every time, just find that the portion sizes are small, and I eat very small portions typically so it is a little disappointing considering the price point. That wouldn’t cause me to not go back, but would only go for occasions due to the price

My previous experience at Mama Yo,s was good ,this one was not. We were a party of 5, twice the drinks order was wrong ,and when we were still on our main course we were advised we had 20 minutes left before they needed the table .We asked why we weren’t told this on booking or arriving at the restaurant and we were told that “this was Saturday night !”.We were offered seating at the bar ,5 seats in a line beside each other ,we declined and state that we were being unfairly treated ,we were not offered dessert menus but instead the bill arrived and we left .

Our experience at mama yos was incredible, definitely worth it. The food was delicious, although portions are slightly small. The Singapore noodles are amazing! The drinks were lovely, but the highlight of the evening was the service. Our waitress camilla was so attentive, everything came out so quickly. Another thing I noticed was the quality of the ingredients used, everything was just brilliant. Thank you camilla for your fantastic service

The portions are a bit too small for the price, I'm ok to pay 3 EUR for a decent portion of rice, however, your rice portion is minimal, way too small for just rice...The main dishes portions arent huge neither but if at least the get a good portion of rice, the last stomach feeling woudl be less hunger. The restaurant is simply amazing, the staff is really nice the price is ok for a chinese restaurant but some more food n the plates would help for a better overall good feeling

This was my 4th time here We were seated at the second table on the left inside the door- it’s was freezing every time the main door was opened which was a huge number of times given we had a 7pm reservation- on arrival we had asked to be reseated further inside which was abruptly dismissed. Our waiter was brilliant, friendly and very attentive. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco and were provided with wine glasses as there were no Prosecco glasses left? Spicy cocktail was divine. My biggest pet peeve was the dessert orders as the exact same thing happened the last time I was there- three of us ordered the caramel sundaes and specifically ordered caramel sauce only. Three sundaes arrived containing two jugs of chocolate sauce for each- we queried this error as none of us had made this order- we were told that we had probably been given these as there was no caramel sauce left? This exact same scenario happened on my previous visit. If a customers order is not available please do not plate up the desserts and assume the customers will still just accept them - we should have been asked if we still wanted them where two of us would have said no and cancelled our orders
