   Fancy new restaurant in Fairfield! Upscale & elegant Mexican cuisine! A lot to choose from their menu! But I would recommend you stick to their Mexican cuisine - pretty fancy & you’ll be glad you did!

   I went all the way from Modesto, Ca to Fairfield, Ca to celebrate my Birthday @Mmama X Dios It was beautiful inside, the bathrooms are amazing. Lord have mercy the service went beyond My Ribeye Steak was delicious and very well cooked just the way I love it Although I couldn’t redeem my $50 off Birthday Mama por Dios it was still good The Birthday Surprise cheer was amazing I almost got up to dance myself The Flan is amazing Thank You for such good service and a wonderful experience @Mama X Dios

   We are so happy to finally have an upscale restaurant in Fairfield. The ambiance is unique and the total experience is not just about the food, albeit a creative take on Mexican cuisine. One issue: If you want to maintain the chic atmosphere, enforce a dress code. You are selling $16 cocktails and $200 steaks. Why are you letting people in wearing shorts and T-shirts? The place has a nightclub trendy atmosphere and some people look like they cut the grass, went to the mall next door and just dropped in!

   Slow start for them. Ambiance not as nice as you would expect for over a year to build. Table for 2 way too small. They try to seat everyone on patio area. Don’t clear tables of beer bottles (no draft beer). Menu selection not as good as high end Latin restaurants in LA. No entertainment even on opening week. Find some mariachis for goodness sake. Overall disappointing as we were excited to get a high end restaurant in Fairfield!

   I really enjoy this place it’s more so the ambience. I’ve been twice since they’ve opened. I know they’re new here so I will give some time for them to get it together both times my food was not hot at all. The flavor was just ok . The food came out one at a time each person was done by the time each plate came. I’m hoping they will get better with these things. However the drinks are really good and pretty.

   We jad reservations and still had to wait 35 minutes to be seated. Then had to ask someone to send our server over to get water. Food was amazing. Kinda loud but super cute spot

   I had a wonderful experience for my birthday with friends at Mama Por Dios. Our server was fantastic and patient I think her name was Rose. Super sweet and attentive to us. The food was amazing we had the chorizo Mac and cheese, tamahawk steak, surf and turf meal and lobster enchiladas. I’m very glad this restaurant opened up in Fairfield. We definitely needed it. The atmosphere feels like you’re in Vegas, it’s a Great vibe!

    It was a unique experience. A great place to go on special occasions. No other place in Fairfield like it.
