   This restaurant is extremely loud especially if there is a birthday. The birria tacos and steak were really good. The lobsters (ordered lobster pasta and the steak & lobster) were both EXTREMELY tough and the pasta was mushy, not even close to al dente. The queso chorizo appetizer was tasty but needed chips and a bit more chorizo. The service was extremely slow even tho the restaurant was not busy.

   Terrible experience. Between the lack of customer service and waiting for food (on an empty night), i will never want to return here again.

   the worst customer service ever. The hosts were obviously drunk and too busy gossiping about management. Then sat us down 35 mins later and COMPLETELY disregarded us for another 45 mins until I waved someone down. We decided to just leave, I booked this for my friends birthday and i honestly felt so embarrassed for how poorly we were treated. Don’t come here if you want to go on a date or birthday. They’re all sloppy and drunk.

   My experience at this venue fell short of the expectations established by its prior reviews. The quality of food service was subpar, and the level of customer service was particularly lacking. After being seated, we waited approximately 30 minutes without being offered any beverages. Additionally, our server was significantly delayed in both taking our order and delivering our food and drinks. Regrettably, based on this experience, I do not anticipate returning in the future.

   Had to send back food twice. Had an unpleasant experience with our server. Food was mid at best. Didn’t receive proper compensation from management for our disappointing experience. We regret choosing this establishment over the other places we had in mind. Music and ambience was the only positive thing about this establishment.

   Food was okay not I have had better, my lobster enchiladas were way to fishy I couldn’t eat them. Drinks were great It was my anniversary and service was not so great I got better service at a street hot dog stand Was waiting 15 mins to get a servers attention

   It took me about 1 hour for them to take my table and take my order I was really hungry and looking for it the guacamole is 6/10 the food was a 8/10 won’t lie needs improvement the service was just fully a 3 star honestly bad expierence for my first time was disappointed also drove 1 hour and a half to be let down 5/10 overall eating

   Ribeye entree was great, not it’s best price but least of our worries. AIso beware if you are celebrating a special occasion, be sure to ask for prices for each “sparkler needing moment” since it is not on the menu or you’ll end up with a tab close to $500 for two people. Almost $50 for a bottle of cheap champagne, 20% service charge for going over $200, $100 for 7 shot airplane that didn’t even create an alcoholic buzz. Oh and they’ll leave empty plates at your table for the duration of the visit + no water (waiter Sebastian). Really tried to like it but definitely not returning.

    From the entrance ambiance was a vibe staff was extremely helpful/pleasant and the food +drinks was fire. Mondays 2 for 1 Margaritas lit
