they sent no email! or called us to tell us they where closed for fathers day! i understand whats going on! but a courtesy call would of been good! Drove all the way from riverside! better in that! Nearby restaurants had a automated message saying they where closed! frustrating!

I made a reservation for my birthday at 6pm. Just to find out the restaurant was boarded up & closed. No warnings or heads up. My reservation was confirmed the day before and the day of. They didn’t cancel my reservation. We drove 2 hours. Wasted time and disappointed for my birthday.

I showed up with my family and it was closed. I should've never been able to make a reservation if the restaurant was not open. That is unacceptable.

Manager Destiny was very rude to us when and when we asked for corporate’s info, she kept on ignoring us and gave us the restaurant’s phone number. I’ve never dealt with such a terrible and uninformed manager before.

Delicious food and vibez are great for any celebration. However services the waiter took a bit long to serve but very kind people.

This is probably the worst restaurant experience that I have ever had. I booked a reservation for a birthday dinner at 9 PM. Didn’t get seated until almost 10. The server didn’t come and acknowledge us until like almost 20 minutes of us sitting at the table. For this restaurant to be such a high maintenance restaurant. The service was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend coming to this location the servers are just not up to part. The restaurant is beautiful, but it really doesn’t mean anything when the service is completely horrible. the server was asked if they could simply sing happy birthday, which took forever for that to even happen and when they did do the happy birthday, they brought out a whole flight of shots that nobody asked for and then try to blame us for it when it came time to pay the bill, mind you it was a $600 bill almost $700 if I could give this restaurant a zero star review I would. Don’t waste your money on a restaurant like this. It’s absolutely not worth it.

I use to go to the Beverly Hills location. It was a wonderful experience, this location is not even the shadows of that. Food is good. The service lacks. Presentation is no where near what it once was.

This restaurant is extremely loud especially if there is a birthday. The birria tacos and steak were really good. The lobsters (ordered lobster pasta and the steak & lobster) were both EXTREMELY tough and the pasta was mushy, not even close to al dente. The queso chorizo appetizer was tasty but needed chips and a bit more chorizo. The service was extremely slow even tho the restaurant was not busy.
