   Delicious food and vibez are great for any celebration. However services the waiter took a bit long to serve but very kind people.

   This is probably the worst restaurant experience that I have ever had. I booked a reservation for a birthday dinner at 9 PM. Didn’t get seated until almost 10. The server didn’t come and acknowledge us until like almost 20 minutes of us sitting at the table. For this restaurant to be such a high maintenance restaurant. The service was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend coming to this location the servers are just not up to part. The restaurant is beautiful, but it really doesn’t mean anything when the service is completely horrible.  the server was asked if they could simply sing happy birthday, which took forever for that to even happen and when they did do the happy birthday, they brought out a whole flight of shots that nobody asked for and then try to blame us for it when it came time to pay the bill, mind you it was a $600 bill almost $700 if I could give this restaurant a zero star review I would. Don’t waste your money on a restaurant like this. It’s absolutely not worth it.

   I use to go to the Beverly Hills location. It was a wonderful experience, this location is not even the shadows of that. Food is good. The service lacks. Presentation is no where near what it once was.

   This restaurant is extremely loud especially if there is a birthday. The birria tacos and steak were really good. The lobsters (ordered lobster pasta and the steak & lobster) were both EXTREMELY tough and the pasta was mushy, not even close to al dente. The queso chorizo appetizer was tasty but needed chips and a bit more chorizo. The service was extremely slow even tho the restaurant was not busy.

   Terrible experience. Between the lack of customer service and waiting for food (on an empty night), i will never want to return here again.

   the worst customer service ever. The hosts were obviously drunk and too busy gossiping about management. Then sat us down 35 mins later and COMPLETELY disregarded us for another 45 mins until I waved someone down. We decided to just leave, I booked this for my friends birthday and i honestly felt so embarrassed for how poorly we were treated. Don’t come here if you want to go on a date or birthday. They’re all sloppy and drunk.

   My experience at this venue fell short of the expectations established by its prior reviews. The quality of food service was subpar, and the level of customer service was particularly lacking. After being seated, we waited approximately 30 minutes without being offered any beverages. Additionally, our server was significantly delayed in both taking our order and delivering our food and drinks. Regrettably, based on this experience, I do not anticipate returning in the future.

    Had to send back food twice. Had an unpleasant experience with our server. Food was mid at best. Didn’t receive proper compensation from management for our disappointing experience. We regret choosing this establishment over the other places we had in mind. Music and ambience was the only positive thing about this establishment.
