It was an interesting place in quite a lovely neighborhood. It was surprisingly lovely inside and I would have really liked to enjoy the inside, but the music was *very* loud so we decided to eat outside. The service was good but really quite slow in all respects. The menu is a little strange. Several main items can only be ordered for two which rules out those items leaving very few choices, especially for vegetarians. Couple of tacos came out pretty bad. But the waiter did replace them with other good tacos and also made up for them in the check. They charge a fee for making a reservation- a first for me. I’m still trying to figure out if they kept that fee or not. I wish I could rate them higher. They seem to mean well. I may try them again.

They portions are smaller and more expensive. Also do not like credit card fee or Iivable wage contribution added to our bill without our knowledge.

Overall, I am happy to know Mama Lolita’s is an option in Broomfield. However, the “value for money” is a consideration. In addition, the wait staff was not great.

We were nervous to try because of some of the reviews but we’re so glad that we did! The food & drinks were amazing! The enchiladas& corn was our favorite. The guac and all their salsas were incredible! The desserts were even better! Love the restaurant vibe & music. Highly recommend this restaurant. it’s now one of our favs!

Great selection of tequila. Unfortunately prices were exorbitant - $100 for a 2oz pour of top shelf. Menu wasn’t up to date with new stock so you’ll have to ask. Bartender didn’t seem to know which tequilas were which. Food was great and I really enjoyed the ceviche. But would probably just do a cerveza and appetizers if I ever come back.

Ate here for Valentines Day. The food and service were outstanding and generally the ambiance is very nice. My only complaint is that the tables are SO close together that it can be hard to feel like you’re having an intimate meal with someone and have to compete with conversations happening at neighboring tables.

This was our second visit to Mama Lolita's. Great, local restaurant. Our waiter was friendly and provided helpful recommendations. We shared the skirt steak - plenty of food for 2 people & So Good!

Not at all impressed this time. After i recommended this place went there for dinner. Ordered tacos which terrible. Guacomole was not tasty. Service was mediocre. You dont make snarky comments at customers. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

We had a reservation at 5:30 and they were not prepared for us. Even though another table was open then made us wait 20 min. Then once we sat they didn’t take our order for another 15 min. Normally I wouldn’t be worried but we had reservations for an activity and ended up being late. I think if you make a reservation they should put you first.

For the ambience and menu prices, I expected better food and service. The $15 house margarita was the worst I have ever had and I couldn't finish it. It was served in a small glass and reminded me of an airplane drink. The guacamole was too salty and the tacos were just ok. They were small, basic and over-priced. The best thing we ordered was the queso dip. They seemed under-staffed for a Friday night. Wait times were longer than expected. It was loud and the waiter spoke quietly. Staff was friendly. We won't go back.

We had a party of 13 for a Christmas party. I cannot rave enough about this restaurant! Although they were busy, we received excellent service. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and cool under pressure. Food was delicious. We all had an amazing time. Five stars!!!!

This was our 2nd visit to Mama Lolita's. The first visit was fabulous - the food was so flavorful and delicious. Our 2nd visit was nearly as good, but this time around the food was only lukewarm and our skirt steak was slightly undercooked - we ordered medium and it was definitely more on the medium rare side. We didn't send it back or mention it to anyone, however, and we did eat all of it. Still delicious and it wouldn't keep us from visiting again. The manager (tall gentleman with gray hair) is very friendly and accommodating to all guests, as we have encountered him on both of our visits there. My husband ordered an Old Fashioned both visits and commented on how delicious they were, too! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Service was outstanding. We had a server in training and his knowledge, attentiveness, personability was outstanding. The owner came and talked to us about tequilas and that was fun! Food was attractive, varied, well-flavored and fairly priced. The environment of the restaurant was bright, with a wide open view of the street lights, very pretty. All around a very good experience.

Food was terrible, everything from the chips to tortillas were store bought. The guacamole was old and looked brown. The queso fundido cheese smelt old and was extremely oily so cheap cheese nothing amazing about this new restaurant. Would not recommend!

While they seated our party of 8 immediately, we had to wait 20 minutes for water and menus. Then we waited another 20 for someone to take our food and drink order. Drinks were expensive and the food selection OK. Our appetizers and main meals came out together. While everyone enjoyed their food, it wasn’t anything special. Service was extremely slow, but our server was kind. While I know we were a party of 8, they automatically added the tip, not unusual, but the amount not worthy of the service.

Not bad at all for a new restaurant. Margs are pricey. They goofed up our order but took responsibility and made the adjustment on the bill. Food is delicious and portions are more than fair. We will definitely try ML again.
