Located in one of Brisbanes oldest working class buildings est 1863, Malt dining is a discovery experience.
Operating over 3 levels, including a private dining cellar, whisky bar and award winning restaurant, Malt really ticks many boxes.
If you are looking for a quick quality lunch with colleagues and a cold draft beer, you will be well looked after. If you prefer the lights down low and a little more intimate the Attic restaurant with its a notch above menu my be your thing. If you like to keep out of the public eye and spend time without interruption in your own space the the private cellar is for you.

This is a usual lunch spot in the Bar restaurant. Always great service and food choices for a quick lunch or an extended lunch. The restaurant is wonderful too.

We booked this place for our friend's birthday lunch. However, I was a bit disappointed that beef cheeks is now off the menu and the dish I wanted was sold out eventhough we turned up for our booking at quarter past 12. We later found out we were charged a 3% Amex fee when we paid with visa/master card, so not the greatest experience overall. Not likely to go back anytime soon.
