   We travel a lot from Chicago to Tn and we always stop in Lexington because we love Malone’s. Last night it just wasn’t what we usually experience. Service was really bad and the food wasn’t what we have come to expect. Hoping it was just one of those nights. We’ll be back to give it another try.

   29th wedding anniversary Steven was great food was good but on the way in passing the restrooms and bar entrance was the off putting smell of stale beer. Didn’t take away really put I think there is something to be desired not to smell such a thing in a respectable establishment.

   Emma was excellent in caring for us throughout the whole time we were there. One steak was not prepared “rare” as requested and took awhile to get replaced, but the second attempt was just right. And a free dessert on our anniversary was an unexpected gift! Only minor bother was that with about ten booths open at the time, our reservation somehow placed us right next to the kitchen entrance. Busiest spot in the place.

   It was my wife’s birthday. They had a card at the table when we was seated. Kinda disappointed when they didn’t offer a birthday dessert.

    Service was very slow. Bathroom floors very wet and dangerous; someone is going to fall and harm themselves. Food quality has been better previously. Restaurant seemed not like normal. Disappointed.

    Not even CLOSE to worth the money! The steaks are simply NOT that good!!! I have tried two different kinds now (boneless ribeye and filet) both at medium rare, and I have had just as good, if not better, at my local chain restaurant steakhouse. I won't be going back for their steaks ever again.

    We enjoyed celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary at the Hamburg Malone's. The service was super and the meal was very good. A little bit noisey but who cared.

    The last several times I have went to Malone's (various locations) - haven't been the best experiences. They redeemed themselves this visit! Stephen was an EXCELLENT server. Very knowledgeable, prompt, and on top of things. Steak was prepared perfectly. I wish the fries would have been a little warmer.

    I hadn't ordered the whitefish in a while so I ordered on this trip. It was different than in the past, it was presented in a small plate on top of melted butter. It was a little too greasy, too much butter for my taste. Also, we sat in the bar area, which wasn't great. The floors must have been cleaned with a dirty Mop or something that made the floors greasy and slick. My elderly guest had difficulty walking to our booth which was located near the door to kitchen/server area. I had made reservations, next time I will specify to no seating in the bar areas....ughh

    The steaks were very tasty & cooked perfectly. The bread & salads were all good too. The service really stood out as our waitress was both very efficient & very professional....she was very helpful too, great personality. We will be back. It was worth the two hour ride !

    We were seated quickly and our order was taken promptly. The food was excellent. My baked potato was cold and our server quickly took it away and brought a hot one. We were celebrating our 58th wedding anniversary and Malone’s made a happy occasion. We hope to celebrate our 59th at Malone’s and enjoy it just as much as this one.
