The restaurant was very busy and our service standards were not what we have come to expect dining here. We didn’t get multiple things we asked for or the server was not around enough to see if we needed anything. We ran out of water, never got additional drinks, etc. We enjoyed our time and our meal, the service was less than expected. I worked in this industry and know how chaotic it can be and understand it was a busy night and they may have been short staffed. I’d just appreciate knowing that, and it would have made the entire experience very different.

Malone’s never fails to deliver. Predictable food predictable service. Jason was our server and I’ve had him before very efficient very accommodating very good at his job. Brussel sprouts are great.

We went for our anniversary and were delighted with the service as well as the wine, appetizer, entrees and dessert. The pace of the meal was timed well, not too fast or too slow. Our two servers were personable and efficient without hovering. It was our first experience and we will definitely return!

We had dinner at 7:30 on Easter Sunday. Wasn’t very busy. I had the Kobe burger, no bun, very tasty, with a side of Brussel sprouts, which was superb! Service was great as usual.

Love Malone’s - always great. But this Easter late afternoon the service was slow, so slow that when our drinks finally arrived, they were no longer cold. That set the tone for the rest of the meal - slow to arrive and not as good as it could have been. Even the check came slow. Not typical but not good.
