As soon as we walked in we all felt they wanted us to eat and get off we were asked if would be considering ordering deserts when we hadn’t even had our starters served we said we was unsure he said he needed a decision by 815pm so we then felt very rushed.when placing the food order the bar member was rude to her staff who was serving the tables she shouted him over and in front of us said to him learning curve there’s no roast dinners or margarita pizza we felt really embarrassed for this young man who was working very hard in the restaurant.Food arrived and it was very basic for what we paid garlic bread was a piece of toast with garlic butter on,no side salads or trimmings with the burgers we felt very disappointed and again rushed to finish our food when asked for a second time after our starters if we wanted to order deserts it was feeling very obvious kitchen staff wanted to go but they shouldn’t be taking bookings at 730pm if that is the case.

Very good, had to sit in sports bar because of the dog. So quite loud! Very good roast dinner - maybe a bit short on roast potatoes

Oh dear not too good No meat ! 1 pie No fish …. ( really ) Staff friendly We sat for ages before realising we had to order at bar 🙈 No one asked if we wanted more drinks . Bank holiday band almost empty 🥴🥴 Food ok , but presentation rubbish . I don’t think we will return 🥴

The vegetables on the Sunday dinner were raw and the chicken was inedible, one side even has freezer burn

Beautiful food as always, very busy outside as expected being popular and Good Friday, had to wait for our food to arrive but not bothered as booked for early afternoon, lovely food cooked to perfection as usual, kind, friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful, short staffed and busy but everyone was served in a good amount of time, love the mall.

We dined at The Mall whilst on holiday in Woodhall Spa. The food was lovely, the staff friendly and it made our holiday more enjoyable. The food is good value and of a good quality.

We booked a table for 5 for Mother's Day at The Mall. Although it was busy (as to be expected) the service from all of the staff throughout our meal, and the actual food itself was fantastic. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely staff and tasty, basic good value pub food in pleasant surroundings. Several items from menu weren’t available on the day (we were made aware of this on arrival) and the coffee machine wasn’t working but we would happily return.
